  These people are the most unorganized and untrustworthy group, I have met in some time. Came out to diagnose my problem, but couldn't do something as simple as email me a quote and price. The project manager they sent out was more concerned with the mice in her walls and selling scenty products then doing her job. She even tried to say I had mold in my attic, which was another lie! She was very unprofessional and did not follow up. When I contacted them, they lie and tell me they will get back with me and get things handled. I hope they never call me again, and I am pretty sure they won't because that would be a professional thing to do. Simply messy company!!! Don't waste your time!!

  SO far they have only come out to diagnose, My insurance will pay for replacement part AFTER I just paid the visit surcharge, however this company wants to charge me an exorbitant amount for the R410a refrigerant. I have had 4 quotes this week and NONE were over $45.00 per pound. 2 lower than $40.00 per pound. This company wants to gouge me at 75.00 per pound !! now this is R410a NOT R22 ( which would be about 100 per pound or more.) AND I can not supply the refrigerant or have one of thee other companies come to fill it, otherwise the American Home shield insurance will not allow the replacement by that company. It is crazy They scam you into HAVING to do it and break your bank, or the cost comes out of pocket. Now the workers were nice, polite, seemed efficient ( will not know until part is replaced and if it works and for how long ) - as they all are. We'll see

  Horrible service. We are on our 6 tech visit in two weeks7 all together. The first time they had no clue how to fix the AC and missed a carbon monoxide leak. Now the story keeps flipping back and forth about if they have the right replacement parts and when they are going to fix it. They also lied about where we were in line for priority than changed it without telling ustwice. Then they send out techs that do not have the required training or too late at night without the proper equipment to see what they are doing. When you call them you get the run around just to speak to the same person. My next stop will be at the main office and I will not leave till Jimmy can explain to me why the staff is incompetent.
  
  I fully intent to report my experience to Fort Bragg housing and IG in order to ensure other soldiers are warned of their lack of expertise and professionalism.

  We have been extremely happy with Comfort First. I like the fact we pay a few dollars a month and when it is time to semi-annually check our system, you call, make an appointment and make sure we are as good as can be for the season. Always have a wonderfully nice technician who knows what he is doing. Thanks Comfort First
