Salesman greeted me at the door, Geoffery, very friendly. When it was discovered the vehicle I was looking at already had a deal pending, they found me an even better truck at a better deal. Had a small issue with windshield washer, brought it back and they were eager to fix it. Just an all around great experience. I will be looking up the same salesman when I'm ready to trade in my next vehicle! Highly recommend!!!

"The guy with the bow tie" Ryan Page did a great job helping my 21 year old son get his first car! He went over everything and made sure we even got the car fax and where the car had come from. We are grateful to him for his experience and his friendship.

Couldn't have asked for a more helpful and friendly staff at Hank Graff Chevrolet! I had been driving the same car since I was sixteen and I came in to look at a new lease. I was paired with Debbie, a sales associate and she worked very hard learning exactly what I was looking for and matching me with the best car for my needs! She compared my favorite model with different features and gave me plenty of options all in my budget. I was so thankful for all of her help and the great service of everyone I worked with today, they truly treated me like family. Not to mention it was Black Friday, and the dealership was extremely upbeat and accommodating.

Best body shop around! Knowledgeable, informative, just 'real' people. Even on one of the most minor repairs I have had done, they still cleaned the whole car and made it look like it was ready to go to a showroom floor. Because of the simplicity of the repair they were able to paint and prep the new panel before I arrived, I had the car back the same day! Paint match was perfect as well. Hank Graff Davison body shop always goes above and beyond my expectations. Another great job! See you for my next collision.

It’s that time again. New Truck. And once again I went to Hank Graff. I was not disappointed. Chris was the sale agent that helped me. And he put me into a truck that I love. It has all the features I wanted and a few extras. I got a deal I can only call AMAZING and customer service unrivaled by any other business. I did consult another dealership and was disappointed again by them. Shame on me for doubting Hank Graff.
If you need a car go to them. They will get you the best deal and the car you dream of. Every person I encountered made me feel like family. There is never high pressure and never any shady going on. If they don’t have the vehicle for you, they will find the vehicle for you and if they can’t make a deal they will tell you up front.

The best experience I have ever had when purchasing or in this case leasing a car! I appreciate Brandon Banks he made this so easy and I was in and out in just a few hours. He even knew which car I wanted from the first phone call.

Scott and service dept thank you. I bought a new car at another dealer. Needed warranty work done. I went here as directed by Chevy Customer Service. These guys did great and took care of me. Too bad selling dealer failed. These guys are very friendly and personable . Got me into a loaner in minutes and had my car fixed the next day. Thank you.

We have gone to Ryan Page for our last THREE vehicle purchases! It definitely will not be the last time either! Ryan is so down to earth. He tells it like it is and is always honest about the vehicles which has helped us make the right decisions. Never felt like he was trying to "sell" us something. We are definitely coming back when we are ready to trade in our car for something newer. Go see the bow tie guy if you're looking for a vehicle!

I had a wonderful experience with Hank Graff. Ryan Page was my salesperson. He was, by far, one of the most respectful, courteous and helpful sales person I have ever encountered. I showed up at Hank Graff in a haste, close to the time they were closing, and Mr. Page did not once make me feel rushed or pushed into looking at vehicles that I was not interested in. He was friendly to my children (even has worksheets in his desk for kids!) and helped make the car buying experience a pleasant one. Yesterday, I went to look for a vehicle; tonight one is sitting in my driveway that better suits the needs of my family. I would highly recommend Hank Graff and salesperson Ryan Page to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle.

A deer ran in front of me on the expressway. I had my vehicle towed to Hank Graff in Davison and everyone there made the whole process so easy. They even have a driver who took me home after everything was taken care of; and, on top of that, (because I do not have a rental car on my insurance) - they even helped with getting me a rental car. During the whole process I received text updates on my repairs. I can't say enough good things about the great customer service and the excellent repair work done on my vehicle.

The Hank Graff team out in Davison is amazing! Paul James went above and beyond in getting me into the truck I wanted. When I brought the truck in for my first oil change, they informed me of a recall issue and immediately got me set up with an appointment for the repair. The service department was courteous and efficient in handling the issue and I couldn't have been more satisfied.

Excellent service!
Tommy addressed all of my vehicle concerns, including on the spot window chip fixes by Brandon.
Because my car was being kept over night, I was offered a courtesy ride home; the gentleman (courtesy driver) was very personable.
I am very pleased with the all around experience!
