Great place to stay but no breakfast or business center. Right off highway tho in a quite turn about. Would stay again.

If there was a way for me to give 0 stars I would My Room 309 needed house cleaning I called house clean and they said they would charge me $10 I said that's fine it has been 3 days never showed up It wasn't the end of the world for me I did it myself But after my 2 kids was playing near to the couch and my baby picked up some kind of pipe and put it in his mouth one year old baby That's when I got concern in very upset I will be contacting corporates and I will be taking my baby to urgent care I don't know what did they put in this pipe if it was marijuana or some kind of liquid drug because it didn't look like it was 8 vaporizer what you shouldn't be smoking in hotels to begin with But I guess that explains house keeping No tall a paper in the Room

I only stayed one night if I had to stay longer I would have because of the convenience of the room with kitchen and the nice location. Next to great stores and restaurants for every reason and event. There was a lot of noise off and on and the housekeepers were banging their doors while cleaning i thought that was rude. However, Bring your on everything in case they run out be prepared to go and buy it if you did not pack the necessary. Overall ok to stay

stayed there for whole one week. at the end of my stay i forgot my pressure cooker in the kitchen sink . I call them immediately in the evening and they said they could not find any i was shocked that within 4 hours it somehow vanished and all of staff acted like they have no clue. Imagine if you forget something valuable you are totally gone. Unless the housekeeping staff kept it for herself/himself the cooker could not just disappear in thin air. Highly irresponsible behavior by the management and the staff. thiefs and liars

Staff was very helpful and courteous, and the room was extremely nice and spacious. However, the online booking with this hotel was a terrible experience. I booked one night, with myself, my fiancé, and our dog. The site said several pet friendly first floor rooms were available, so I reserved one. Upon arrival, however, I was told that all the pet friendly rooms were occupied, and also that no first floor rooms were available at all. This was a concern because our dog is older and has hip issues. The attendant behind the desk, Wanda, tried to be as polite and helpful as possible, even to the point of calling the manager, Elliot, to try and resolve the situation. After waiting over 20 minutes with no call back from him (or any response of any kind from management), she took it upon herself to do whatever she could to rectify the problem. She ended up giving us a room anyways, even though the third floor was the only available option (poor dog!). All in all, the management needs to be more involved with the late night operations, in my opinion.

First time staying at this hotel. Upon checking In to hotel the receptionist had sarcastic remarks to say while booking my room about smoking. Which i dont even smoke, i take pride in my health unlike others, once i arrived to my room and unloaded my bags I look thru the room to make sure everything was clean and no damages that i should know about, I found an open beer Can in the refrigerator, that made me ? If they did any house keeping in this room, the next morning i left my room to run some errands i returned back to my room relax, later that evening around 630pm i leave to go grab some food upon me exiting the hotel a white male and female were outside smoking as i came out, once i arrived back a 20mins. Later my key doesn't work to the entrance door, tried it again, still didn't work. My conclusion is that the white guy or women that was outside and saw me walk by like he never seen an American American person rent a hotel room the same place in a nice area said something to the front desk receptionist and my key automatically gets deactivated after i have been using it all yesterday, and the previous day I believe that employee and guest were racist and I condon or entertain racist behavior I will not ever come stay here again or refer anyone I know to come here. After i went to the front desk and ask the receptionist why my door key didnt work she gave some lame excuse of the camera does that sometimes when it does know who is using the key. And mind you I checked in by myself so who else possibly could have a key or be with me. The racist a** receptionist deactivated my key on purpose because of the people (white) said something because they saw a African American in a surburb neighborhood and automatically think negative like they are the ones that can live, stay, or have what they have. Wake up people this world doesn't belong to YOU, only god and what you owe, how much money you have, or lifestyle you live want matter when your dead and gone and your day comes to be judged by God!!!!!! First and last experience like this ever horrible.

I wanted to give a great review after staying a second time as a comp. The reason for the comp was our rooms television was unwatchable and they couldn't change rooms because they were booked. Understandable. So 2 weeks later I'm back again to use my free night. Ugh

One remote didn't work. Then we requested a coffee pot that Wanda was very rude about. Sorry it's a complimentary item and that is your job Wanda! So she gives us the coffee pot and I take to my room. It's dirty with a used coffee filter and coffee grounds in the POT! Come on! She immediately offered a different one and we said no thanks we will go get coffee. So we go get coffee/dinner and come back and everything for the coffee is put away.

He go to the desk and request some packets of sugar. Mind you last time we stayed the coffee area was up and running until midnight. Lovely Wanda said oh no I can't access that for you. Once it's put up we cannot get it for you. The lady in front of us had gum stuck to her bathtub and Wanda said housekeeping was gone no one could take care of that.

It was a clean room and quiet but damn this minor little things became huge inconviences that should have been CLEAN and readily available.
