Rooms are clean, bed and pillows are comfortable. The free breakfast that you can get is quite good for free, It is all made to order. The pool spa are nice, the fitness center is quite lacking if your looking for a real gym then you'll need to go somewhere else. The location is ok, some interesting looking folks hanging around sometimes, but it does not feel unsafe at all. I would give 4 stars overall, if not for location then 5.

The good: Clean hotel with a spacious room and a comfortable bed. Ample parking and the pene pasta in the lobby restaurant was amazing.
The bad: When checking in the early afternoon they were running the vacuum within 10 feet of me and the front desk where I could hardly hear the front desk staff. There's only one elevator for a relatively large hotel which can make getting to your floor a task. The early morning/late night staff was rude when I inquired about coffee because I had an early departure.
I'd stay here again but there's some costumer service improvements that could be maderesponse / report this review -

Great customer service, great rooms, always clean. They have a shuttle that works 24hrs and transports every 30min. The only issue was, I wanted a shuttle to a club and they only operate every 30min on the dot like 1000, 1030, 1100. It was 1104pm and they said I had to wait for 1130 to use the shuttle even though the shuttle was here doing nothing. I ended up using a uber anyways. That was the only issue.

Hotel staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The bed was very comfortable; I didn't want to get up! We had breakfast at their in-house restaurant and the service was less than impressive, however the food was great.

Driving up there were people on the street saling water. Pulling in to the parking lot we see 2 cop cars and a group of people. Not sure what was going on there. Check in was fast. Our room is small but clean. The bath room is large and clean,shower curtain need to be changes. We thought about using the pool and hot tub but the hot tub water was not looking so clean. Next year when we go to fear farm I think we will look in to a new place to stay the night but for now it will do.

Front desk very friendly and both check in and out was quick. Room was nice though needs some tlc. Housekeeping does a good job but forgets things like ice bucket liner and such. Bed was comfortable. Not much of a view from the room.

Holiday inn was a welcome relief to the Arizona heat. It was better than my expectations. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean.

Service checking in and checking out was accommodating and friendly. The morning restaurant waitress was excellent, and went above and beyond the level of service I've come to expect at a hotel. Overall, the staff was helpful, considerate, and cheerful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. The staff was friendly. The room was big and nice. Only complaint I had was there was hair left in the shower. I did let management know and they did apologize and we receive 2 free breakfast coupons. The restaurant at the hotel was good. Just the service was slow. But it is a hotel and not a restaurant. And the convenience of not having to go out into the heat is great. We were there for my brothers funeral and reserved several rooms and they where great and accommodated us when I asked to put us as close together as possible. Overall I would stay there again if I ever had to travel that way again.

I was a guest at this hotel on a Sunday afternoon. The room rate per night pre-tax was $89(one bed) since we went through a hotel booking site. Had we paid H.I. directly, the room would have been thirty dollars more!! For a Sunday night stay that is way too expensive in my opinion. Thenc

Very clean and nice hotel. Very well kept as it's not a brand new location. Could use an additional elevator or stair access to get up floors.

The Holiday Inn was great! We visited for a wedding and they were very accommodating and comfortable. The restaurant staff was so incredible and fun!

I've stayed here for 2 months along with my 7 man crew and we've received excellent customer service from the front desk and bar staff. The hotel is very clean and drivers seem to be diligent about security. Good food too. My only complaint is the slow elevator.
