Toilet seat was busted and the flooring was coming apart. They fixed both while I was gone and gave me 10k points. Friendly and comfortable.

Don't stay at this hotel, we reserved shuttles to take us to our wedding, and they were late. Nothing worse than being late to our own wedding. Then to top it off we were charged twice for our room. I called to speak to the manager to try and figure out what's going on, Leo Zamora the general manager said there's nothing he can do about it, that his system only show me being charged once. I told him that I was looking at my bank account and that there are 2 charges from Hampton inn that are exactly the same amount, and still nothing he can do about it. When I asked if there was someone else I can speak with, I was told by Leo Zamora the general manager, that there's nobody higher up than him. I find this hard to believe that the Hampton inn, which is a Hilton property has nobody above the general manager that I could speak with. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. On my wedding weekend the hotel managed to make us late to our wedding, and charged me twice the 1 star I rated this Hampton inn is generous, if there was an option for zero stars that's what they should be rated. Don't stay here they're crooks that overcharge and then say there's nothing the can do about it.

Overpriced. Maids walked in on us 2x after we told them we were there officially. It was rude! The breakfast buffet was good but ran out of items often..just frustrating.

Very clean, friendly staff, plenty of food provided with stay (hot breakfast, cookies, lunch snacks). Nice pool and fitness room, too. All around great stay.

I had an enjoyable stay here. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. On some nights they have popcorn in the lobby and there are infused waters. It was not a bad place to stay.

First time here. Great price since we booked with a group of Track &Field group. Rooms are super clean, to include linens. Bathrooms have enough towels. Nice decor. Quiet, no outside noise distraction. All personnel was extremely friendly, every one I came across with. Breakfast had a variation, good by the way. Close to mall and restaurants, easy access. I definitely would come back.

Pretty nice hotel and no complaints. Front desk was very inviting and accommodating. Rooms were pretty clean and just need those bathroom vents and air conditioning vents dusted. First thing I look for in a hotel is the vents as it gives me an idea of what they do to clean the room. These were very heavy in dust.

The service is amazing. It's clean and there is always fresh coffee and water for guests. Plenty of parking and has a great breakfast. The wifi is free and doesn't seem to be bad at all.

Comfortable, clean, quiet hotel 25 min from PHX. Excellent breakfast, staff, and sunshine! Rent a car and travel to baseball, museums, hiking, and myriad of activities. The Heard Museum in Phoenix is an excellent, well-designed museum of Native American history---we were fortunate to arrive during the annual celebration of arts, culture, music and crafts.

Stayed a week during a work trip - my first time near Tempe/Phoenix. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and patient. The facility and my room were very clean and comfortable. I left my jacket in the closet, and called the hotel. Diego assisted me in locating and shipping, and I'm expecting the coat this week.
