Only one ice machine in the entire hotel. They should put up signs on each floor providing info that the ice machine is on the first floor. The bathroom shower looks very dated. Breakfast was ok. The beds were a bit stiff. Friendly staff.

I stayed here for two nights. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are fairly quiet but you can hear some outside noise. The breakfast selection was average. There was a very large group of kids there in my first morning and they ate a lot of the breakfast which did not appear to get replenished. I would stay here again.

Nice plush clean, for the cost of a suite can expect a little bit more what's layout of the place was like. But with a sliding glass door to the outside of the back, making an easy access to the Pavilion and poo was worth the ground floor price..
I would expect it to be a little bit bigger patio but hey at least I had one.
Front desk was cool, lobby was huge and plenty of seating.
Parking lot was full all around the whole building but there was plenty of it.
Plenty food for the continental breakfast for guests.
For off the road convenience. only if you knew were you were going.
I got lost on the way out.
But the staff was cool and friendly and the guess we're cool and friendly as much and cute. I liked it.
Comfortable place and cozzy. Romantic as well.

It's a very nice hotel. Room is large with a kitchenette. Clean and comfortable. Front desk is friendly and quick. Very good complimentary breakfast. However the swimming pool is small.

We were in a room with two queen beds. Their rooms are very large and spacious with a semi-separated tv/couch area. The washroom is also very spacious. The bed was a little soft but still fairly comfortable. A hot breakfast was available with scrambled eggs and bacon, spinach, breads, cheeses and some deli meat, as well as fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt and oatmeal. Overall a very comfortable and clean hotel, higher quality than your typical one.

The location of the hotel was perfect right off the 101 and the 202. The staff was great willing to help out any way they could courteous and professional. I will make this hotel my place to go every time I visit the valley.

This hotel is really nice. It is really clean, has a very spacious room if you get the double bed room, not sure about single bed room. Has a divided space between the livingroom space and sleeping space. Also has a spin around television so you can watch from the bedroom if you please. Oh and it comes with free breakfast the morning after, you just have to go down to the lobby to get it. Pretty nice. I would recommend this stay.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. However this is definitely an aging property that could use some updating. The beds were not super comfortable. We were in a "suite" but it was kind of small. With the sofa bed pulled out there was no getting to the door and there was only 1 tv that was oddly placed between the bed area and the rest of the suite which could not be viewed by both areas at once. The pool was fairly small. They had a continental breakfast that was about average. The hot foods were hot and the cold foods were cold, but the were only a few options of each. Overall, it was a place you could get a decent night sleep but not somewhere you would want to just relax and sit around at either.

They have friendly staffs the only thing about I just want to minus is 1 star because the pool was kind of dirty with bugs all over. Complimentary breakfast was good with lots of different choices from scrambled eggs to different types of cereal to making your own waffles. Orange juice was refreshing. Conveniently walking distance to shopping center even a 24h Walmart across the st. I would stay here again but I thought the room would be a little bit bigger but can't complain got a good deal.

Staff was unfamiliar with how to redeem a Marriott eGift Card. They finally thought they had it figured out when I checked in, but the bill in the morning overcharged me $60+ dollars. When I brought it to their attention, they acknowledge it was incorrect, but couldn't resolve it in a timely fashion. I ended up having to leave for a meeting while they worked it out. Turns out that they didn't have it resolved the next day and the incorrect charge was posted to my credit card. Had to call corporate customer care, who effectively resolved the issue. Toilet also overflowed from the TOP of the tank in the middle of the night. Not a good experience with this hotel.

My favorite place every time I visit Chandler, close to the mall, many restaurant within walking distance. The amenities are new and re-fresh everyday.
