The location of the hotel was in a comfortable area. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff was pleasant, and not overly "chatty". Our room was fine for our 1 night stay, beds comfortable, room clean. We had a few issues with the quality if the WIFI, but is was not bad. Overall we were happy with the stay.

I’ve been coming here for years, they finally renovated it.. it looks very awesome, the rooms are all renovated, clean carpets, new bathrooms, new lobby area.. just awesome now..

This hotel is undergoing renovations and it's a good thing because it is very shabby inside. Parking was a nightmare, small lot and everything was closed off. Thank God for Cracker Barrel nearby, both for food and parking. The bed was uncomfortable, old, loud a.c. unit, really gross carpet. The check in process was ridiculous due to the renovations. I know they don't want to lose money but they should just close the place down fix it and then reopen because asking guests to deal with what we dealt with is really not fair especially when you don't know at booking. I've stayed at a couple other places near here that were far superior for a bit more money. Totally worth it.

This place may never be a 4 star hotel, but, our room was quite nice for being as inexpensive as it was. They are also updating all rooms, as of mid-August, 2017. Continental breakfast is below average. Their is a Cracker Barrel restaurant within a couple minutes walk. This place is not perfect, but they try hard & it excepts pets (as you can see in my photos), without an enormous, nonrefundable fee. We have stayed at this chain before. The other one was nicer. You can be a member of this hotel chain. It has a nice outside pool. We booked our room in quite an impromptu fashion because our AC went out at our home. The staff is nice and works quickly. For an inexpensive getaway use this hotel. It's no Ritz Carlton, but it's good in a pinch. I actually did see and stayed in a renovated room. I switched rooms because the A/C unit in out room stopped working. The Manager, 'Chuck', did not seem to think this was a big deal. He was actually kind of a jerk about me saying it was a inconvenience, our having to switch rooms. He also was in need of some oral hygiene and some breath mints.

Rooms are clean as far as i could tell, they provide shampoo, lotion, and body wash or conditioner in case you need it. Free breakfast in the morning and a blow dryer, iron and a/c is available.

Very accommodating hotel at a decent rate in a great area. The rooms are nice and clean and the only thing I could complain about would be the carpet, but they are actively renovating, and even knowing that it hasn't disrupted our stay at all. They are a great pet friendly option and I will gladly stay here again anytime.

Nice rooms at a very reasonable price. Wonderful location. Quiet and comfortable. The staff is stellar. Frank is exceptional. Everyone day or night is happy to help with a smile. Very refreshing. Nice home away from home.

Nice location, close to freeway. Very clean. Not a high end luxury hotel, but offers an area which was nice and upscale. Free complimentary breakfast, waffles, yogurt, juices, muffins.

Location is great! Room layout was mediocre. Cleaniless was okay in terms of beds and bathroom. The room was not very trendy or up to date at all. The bathroom door was a French door style and you couldn't lock it. If you stood at the right angle, you could see into the bathroom even with the doors closed. My room was not very clean. It looked like someone had spilled sugar on the TV stand and the cleaning staff didn't clean it. I got a small shampoo ans a bar of soap in the bathroom. No moisturizer.

Great priced rooms that are clean. Sleep Number beds are Awesome. Continental breakfast was delicious with more food options than most other hotels. Very friendly staff that's full of smiles and enjoy there jobs

This is a great hotel for dog/cat owners. They allow two pets per room with no pet fee. Free breakfast in the morning and solid WiFi. The price is pretty good too. I was surprised when the rooms didn't smell like pets when we checked in, they must do a good job cleaning.
