Room is clean and tide, with microwave in the room. However, they don't provide breakfast buffet and the choice of breakfast is limited if you have an extended stay. Employees are friendly and willing to help.

The hotel was new and offered a large meeting area with updated technology. The food was good but the order was relayed incorrectly and this caused a delay on an already tight schedule. The staff was friendly and the property was located right off the highway.

The staff was great. The hotel and rooms were really nice. Just wanted a quiet get away for a night and that's what we had!

My husband and I stay at this hotel alot and the last few times we have stayed, our room has not been cleaned when we arrive there are crumbs and who knows what on the floors. The maid makes the bed changes towels and that is it. The mirrors are dirty, they do not vacuum or wipe things down. A few months ago our stays have been fantastic. I am not sure what has change in their staff but for the 100.00 a night we pay our room should be cleaned.

Great staff, Friendly and very customer service oriented. Located very close to Fashion Center with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and the hotel provided plenty of amenities. The lobby has a cafe/bar, which was a nice touch. Would recommend.

Nice hotel, breakfast not included but does have a cafe that you can purchase food from. Nice pool with lots of toys to keep the kids happy.

This review is based on my experience using the hotel's meeting facilities. I hosted a reception in one of their rooms and really appreciated the ease of doing business with them as well as the great service during our event. They were prepared when we arrived, everything was as expected, and the food was very good. We did have some guests that actually stayed at the hotel and I didn't hear any complaints. Certainly wouldn't hesitate to utilize them again should the need arise.

Courtyard by Marriott Chandler Fashion Center is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The accommodations were clean and modern. They even had a glass-enclosed shower! But the best part was the welcoming of the staff! They are some of the most hospitable workers I have ever seen. They greeted us, quickly checked us in, and asked us multiple times if we needed anything. KaNesha deserves praise for her manner and friendliness! The breakfast came with the room for us, and it too was outstanding. If we ever return to the area, this is the hotel of my choice - and I recommend it for anyone traveling to the area.
