Nice design layout. Fast and courteous check-in and check out. Centrally located to plenty of stores and resturants.

Very nice hotel, great friendly professional staff. Newish place great rooms. Nice gym. Good laundry room. Good Wi-Fi. I liked the stand in shower. Also free breakfast is very clean and complete. It is continental plus :) Also good parking and Marriott courtyard is right next door. Location is great as many stores are in a 5 mile radius. PayPal building next door too. I got a great rate which made it even better value.
Restaurants are close driving distance. Excellent business hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield. I was visiting family for Thanksgiving and all the hotel staff were helpful and courteous. No negative feedback!

Had a great stay. Everybody on staff was a pleasure and very attentive to our needs and requests. Quiet rooms. Some reno work being done, but hardly knew it. New carpeting, etc. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay. Very balanced price for the quality. Added bonus of no pets in the rooms, mini-fridge and microwave in the room and laundry on site. What else do you need?

For the dollar, a great value. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected (better than Residence Inn, in my opinion). Nice property, with a nice firepit to hang out at in the evenings.
Connected to a Courtyard, so all of the amenities there are just a hallway walk away. Great location in Chandler.

Clean nice Hotel. Small food and drink offering at Hotel. More than just a little walk, on busy streets to go to another restaurant. Rated lower because of poor convenience support near.

Visit here for work. Convenient location. About 15-20mins from airport. Mall with restaurants close by. Hotel is OK. No complaint. Basic stuffs. Breakfast not great but as expected.

Hotel and rooms were clean and kept up. Staff I've encountered are always very friendly. Walls in room were pretty thin so could easily hear my neighbor talking on their phone into the night which was annoying. The room has no mini fridge or microwave which would have been nice. Swimming pool/hot tub area is nice. Exercise room is very small, a little difficult if you have more than one person trying to do a circuit routine with weights/bench/pulls machine but it is available 24hrs. Breakfast buffet is just slightly above a continental offering. The staff are very nice and seem to keep it stocked but the offerings are not overly extensive, just an chaffing dishes with egg scramble/egg and cheese "omlete" and choice from two types of breakfast meat constitute the "hot" offerings, otherwise standard continental fare. Here for work which is close to location. There's a lot of shopping and eating places within a five to ten minute drive but it's mostly national/regional chain shops and restaurants so don't count on any local flavor/unique finds.

Hotel is nice. I don't care for the motion detection air conditioning. I personally wake up hot every night I stay there. The staff is awesome. Courtyard that is connected to it has an awesome bartender, drinks are pricey but the staff makes up for the increase cost with quality service. I would rank them 3 stars, however due to the awesome staff I ranked them 4.

Clean rooms and friendly service. Very nice and professional employees. The room ate maintained nicely but needs attention to detail. For instance in the bathroom, the shower doors don't close full and so water drips on the floor making a slippery mess.
