This place, the staff, the restaurant and the rooms All very, very nice.

This is the best hotel in the area! This hotel has the absolute best customer service. Everyone greets you with a smile and a very positive attitude. Any need you have they meet. I was dissatisfied with the laundry and even though it really wasn't a huge deal and I wasn't too upset, they reimbursed me for the whole bill! The food is top notch. The gym is huge and we'll equipped for a hotel gym. Pool and hot tub are fantastic and we'll maintained with beautiful trees and foliage. Free newspapers. A full service Starbucks in the lobby. Well appointed executive lounge. Full service bar with live music every night. On demand shuttle service with 5 mile range will take you wherever you want, whenever you want. (Within range). In my opinion the service at this hotel is far superior than the resorts you'll stay in at Walt Disney World. All those 'little 'thing' they do to make your stay just that much more enjoyable make all the difference.

I went here for a wedding and the service was amazing. They cleared our plates and brought out food as soon as it was ready. The staff was everywhere but also nowhere. They kept everything stocked up but also stayed perfectly out of the way. Everyone was incredibly polite and the place was pristine.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were exceptional clean. The business center has fast internet and printers. Kimberly Morales who worked at the front desk was a tremendous help and helped me print some reports that I needed. This is my second stay with them and I would come back again!

Nice enough but large gap under the door so you can hear everything outside and if in the hall can hear inside room when walking by. Hallway and room doors could be cleaned. Room was clean though with fridge. 50 inch TV but remote didn't work most of the time and when I turned it on it was stuck on the religious channels, til the remote started working. Room service food was delicious and fast. Exposed outlet and coral under desk could have been cleaned up. Robes are scratchy and wouldn't use. Bathroom soaps and lotions are nice quality. Would stay here again if needed but could use some work. Everyone who worked here was nice and helpful.

We stayed in a standard King room for 3 days. We were here for a wedding. The rooms were nice. The air conditioner worked fine and kept our room consistently at 68 degrees even though it was 107 degrees outside. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The staff was what really stood out at this property. During check in we were just chit chatting with the staff, asking questions about the area. They informed us that they would shuttle us anywhere within a 5 mile area for free until 11 at night. We took them up on there offer and had them drop us off and pick us up from a brewery. They were very prompt. The pool is very nice, and a great way to beat the heat. My father in-law had a sore hip and really enjoyed the hot tub. Overall, I was impressed. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms need some updating but the guest service has been AMAZING so far! Executive Floor perks have been great. The lounge is stocked with sodas, water, and some small snacks. Great grab and go breakfast perk as well, but for $4 more you can upgrade to the breakfast buffet in the restaurant! Awesome deal! Location is near nice shopping area in Chandler. Definitely would stay again.

The rooms are comfortable and everything is in great condition. The hotel food is great as well. But the real standout is the staff, I have never encountered staff as friendly and welcoming as I've seen here. Highly recommended.

The staff is incredibly nice and genuine! They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable! The staff was friendly and nice with one another as well! They gave great restaurant recommendations!! This hotel is in a very convenient spot, and I recommend you head into 'old' chandler. We will definitely be back!

Also, go eat at El Zocalo! It's so good!

The facility was nice. I was there for a professional development course but the amenities were nice. The class provided breakfast and lunch and the food was great. Never thought I'd get Trout at a professional event but it was delicious.

This was our 1st ever reservation at the Hilton Chandler Hotel. I can tell you there wasn't a single complaint we had during our 3-night stay. PROS: Parking, Front Desk Friendliness/Professionalism, Public Restroom & Hockey Team Breakfast/Banquet/Breakout Room Cleanliness, Room Cleanliness, Price Value, Access to Nearby Freeway. CONS: None.

This hotel provided one of their banquet hall/rooms for our use throughout the day/night for our private Continental hot breakfast setup, and open space for knee hockey games (Xbox 360, air hockey, Rock 'Em Sock 'Em robots, etc. The breakfast included bread, danishes, fruit, cereal, hot scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, yogurt, coffee, juices, water, etc. It wasn't bad, but you can't complain much when it beats paying $9-$22/plate for a real breakfast at their dining area. This hotel was a very solid 5-star location, and one we would definitely book again if our hockey team needed a place to stay.
