Small Conference rooms but beautiful hotel and amenities. Nice Courtyard and pool. Nice Starbucks and bistro inside. Very good customer-service and easy to access.

The Courtyard by Marriott is conveniently located right next to the freeway and in a shopping center full of many fine restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nothing too over-the-top but no complaints either. I did not try breakfast or any of the other hotel amenities, but the pool and spa did look nice.

Convenient location off of Ray and the I-10, it has a nice quiet lobby with a bar. They serve drinks and Starbucks coffee. Service is friendly.

We booked this hotel thru hotels "dot com" so we didn't know what to expect. The rate was EXCEPTIONAL for a Friday and Saturday night. The hotel is close to the freeway but we didnt hear any traffic.
The decor was very modern and smells fresh
Clean rooms- I appreciate white linens
The bath/shower was clean
Starbucks in lobby w/ limited selection
Close to dining options
Staff SUPER helpful & friendly
Honored my request for fridge in room
No parking issues
I love the Paul Mitchell travel hair supplies

Only negatives were the bath water pours generously from spout (not the problem) but the drain is slow so I'd stand in the water to my ankles which I don't like.
And the a/c was rather loud but I'm grateful for a/c here in Phoenix!

I will go out of my way to stay here again.

Clean and well organized hotel, consistent with the Courtyard brand. Staff was very accommodating and always present when needed. The food from the Bistro was well cooked and quick to be served.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I liked that we had a sliding glass door and a little balcony; we were on the side of the hotel that faces the freeway so we didn't have it open often due to noise but I appreciated the option to have coffee outside in the monrings. The staff was great, everyone we came in contact with was friendly and courteous. The only downsides would be that there are no mini fridge or microwave in the room, and they charge $4 for the bottles of water they leave on the desk in the room next to the coffee. We booked a special and got a good deal at just under $100 a night for this place, if I had paid the full price for a room I would expect them to be able to throw in a bottle of water at no charge. Everything else was great and we would stay here again.

The stay was great! There is pretty much everything you could want to do around here. Not too far from downtown but far enough that you can save some money on hotels. There is a casino really close if you're into that. There are a ton of places to eat around there too. The staff went above and beyond to make my wife and I comfortable.
