We ended up here after a terrible stay at Rodeway Inn. Luckily they were able to get us a room. The rooms were spacious, the staff was extremely friendly, and there is a coffee and hot cocoa bar all day. We enjoyed the fitness center and the pool while we were there as well. The breakfast was pretty standard but good!

Very clean, modern, spacious suite. Kitchenette was fully stocked with pots & pans, dishes, silverware, and even new sponge and dish soap. Neutrogena shampoo/conditioner/soap.

The Hotel very clean, Rooms a great size, Breakfast wonderful, Hotel staff with the EXCEPTION of Trevor were great. Trevor the front desk fella was ignorant, seemed annoyed that he had to hit a few buttons on the key board to check us in. Saturday morning while we were eating breakfast the breakfast staff were at a table talking about how rude he is to guest laughing like it’s oh so funny how rude he is. How he’s been in trouble before for not doing what he should do for the guest. He obviously has not learned because he was so incredibly rude towards us. The rest of the staff all smiles saying hello as you walk in. I definitely would recommend the hotel. If Trevor is at the front desk don’t worry the rest of the staff is nothing like him.

The room we stayed in was amazing. The bed was super comfy and if we're staying for more than 1 night, the kitchenette would have been perfect. The curtains work very well to block out light, as well. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond.

Comfortable beds. Awesome continental breakfast.. variety is just enough.. esp for my kids. We didn't stay long enough to use the kitchenette being surrounded by great buffets but was nice to be able to wash my kids straw cups.

Stayed here for one night while visiting Hershey Park. Staff was courteous and friendly. Requested a fold out bed and extra towels at separate times and both were brought up within minutes. Rooms were fine and clean as was the rest of the hotel. Hotel was conveniently located close to all the Hershey attractions that we wanted to visit. I would stay here again. This is not negative but it's not a luxury hotel which it does promote itself as but it's great for a weekend getaway to Hershey with the family.

Nice hotel! Clean and very close to Hershey attractions. Breakfast was decent. Front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. My daughter loved the pool. I would like to extend a special thank you to the housekeeping department. My daughter left her favorite stuffed animal behind after checking out. We didn't realize it was missing until we arrived at home (many hours away). We called and were thrilled to hear that housekeeping had found it, saved it and were very prompt in shipping it back to us. We cannot thank you enough!!! We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Wonderful Staff and Lovely Hotel. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast I have had at a hotel. The staff from the Welcome desk to the housekeepers and the kitchen ladies always greeted us with a smile and offered their assistance. The room was clean and the kids loved the pool. I enjoyed the personalized feel of this Hampton Inn. There was stations for the kids to color or play and there was even a bookshelf that allowed the guests to swap books. I like that personalized and homelike touch! Great job!!

I understand being under construction. But I counted 45 parking spaces taking up by junk!! Leaving no where for guests to park making a very stressful stay!!

We stayed here during our visit to Chocolate world and Hershey Park. The hotel was in an excellent proximity to the attractions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. We took our toddler to the pool which was very nice as well. Frankly, I wouldn't stay anywhere else if we ever come back to visit Hershey again!
If I had to give any negatives it would be that the elevator creaked a little and the bathrooms didn't have exhaust fans but steam didn't seem to be a problem.
I highly recommend this hotel and the staff was really nice. The floor mats on the way in said something to the effect that they are only happy if they make us happy. It really felt like that. Great hotel.response / report this review -

Rooms look recently updated, no bedbugs which is always a plus. Breakfast was very good for being complimentary (wide variety including sausages​, eggs, and waffles) Good location near Hershey. All in all good experience.

Check in took awhile but check out was quick and the free breakfast was pretty good. Walking down the hallways echo and are very loud because the walls aren't too thick.
