General manager and staff are kind and very guest comfort oriented. Enjoyed my stay and met the General manager in the lobby. Thank you kasondra and Chris.

While staying at the Hampton Inn Sandestin last week, I found that the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. From making dinner suggestions in the local area, to suggesting a stop by the famous beach, our enjoyment while in the area was most important!
Our room was quite spacious and could have comfortably accommodated my family, had they been traveling with me. Hampton Inn's never seem to disappoint, but few stand out. and the Hampton Inn Sandestin would certainly be one that did! Excellent choice!!! Our room was spacious and immaculate. The mattress and pillows were like sleeping on clouds. I was expecting a simple continental breakfast, but it was a buffet with eggs, sausage, hash browns, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, yogurt and coffee, coffee coffee!!! And perfect location. Close to the beach, walking distance to a wonderful outlet mall, and quick ride to beautiful 30-A to the east and Destin to the west. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Comfortable beds, nice lobby, room had some scratches and dings, but nothing too bad. Water pressure and shower was mediocre. Nice continental breakfast. Nice location, close to everything.

Rooms were nice and clean, spacious enough to not feel cluttered when unpacked. Tv channels had a good selection including movies. Had an issue with smoke alarm battery chirp starting up in the middle of the night (these things happen) maintenance took care of it first thing when we told them.

Really nice hotel with pleasant staff ,breakfast in the morning is also a plus. Very close to beaches and have a beautiful view.

First off the hotel is in a great area with all the shopping and restaurant needs the rooms are clean kept up to par and the breakfast was awesome staff very friendly nice and I will continue to stay at the Hampton Wherever I Go

Very nice hotel. Room was big and spacious. Bed was soft and comfy. Location was good, although a little hard to find at first. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

First room had wet floors which continued to get wetter over the evening. Reported it.solution.we were moved to another room. That means repacking everything and unpacking.no one helped us. Next room, after unpacking we discovered floor by ac wet, too. Bathroom drain sluggish, toilet temperamental.maybe it will flush or maybe it will not. Reported problems to night manager again. He said maintenance would take care of it tomorrow. Reported problems to am staff.one lady shut her eyes and shook her head..maintenance will be here in the afternoon..we arrived back at 3 to find not only had maintenance not shown upthey quit so no one to look at problems. I ask if they had a plunger since the toilet was not flushing. The staff member said we have that and gave it to me. I am now the maintenance person here at the Hampton. Staff said he was sorry but nothing he could do. Well, I told him that had our home not been 7 hours away, I would be checking out. He said he understood but nothing he could do. Never will stay here again. Is there a minus rating? Hilton needs to either upgrade the Hamptons or take them out of the Hilton Honors program. As a gold member, I expect someone to care and DO somethingthe guest should not have to do maintenance. Staff said at one point that housekeeping never tells us about these problems.

Everything was great. The service was excellent there was plenty to do plenty of restaurants to choose from. The pool area was clean and fun. We had a great time and we'll definitely be back.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. It was close to the beach. We also had a microwave and mini fridge which was nice. I'd definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the Hampton Inn. The rooms are small. The staff keeps the room very clean on a daily basis. The continental breakfast left something to be desired. Overall the Hampton Inn was a nice budget oriented Hotel. For luxury and better amenities there are much better choices in the Destin Fort Walton Beach area.

Great place to stay if you are in Destin, FL Area. We got two queen beds and the room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were gracious to move us to another room as the ac duct made squeaking sound when the air kicked in. Kudos to manager, Chris and his staff - Angele, Miss Mandy, Lashante(house keeping). Will definitely stay here when we come again. Highly recommended.

The room was somewhat clean. (Housekeeping didn't empty trash). Bed was comfortable. There was nobody next to us left or right. So It was pretty quiet.
