The sheets hadn't been changed. There was dirt all over the sheets on one bed and the other bed sheets and blanket smelled like urine. The walls are paper thin and could hear everything. People tried to get into the connecting door. I would not recommend this place for any one. The only good thing about the room was it has a good A/C.

Our room was very comfortable, clean, quite, and nice. There is a large area to walk our pets, and the guy working the counter was super cool.. very close to Miramar Beach.

We checked into the room 324 and first thing we saw was a roach crawling across the fridge. We walked into restroom and there was hair all over the tub so we bought cleanser to clean the tub before we used it. I know every place might have a bug or two so after inspecting the room and not seeing anymore we cleaned the tub and sink and went to bed. At about 2 am my husband awoke to something on his face which turned out to be a roach. After a sleepless night we got up to several more roaches, 2 on the wall above the bed and three in the restroom. We did report this to the front desk and they said we are the first to tell them about the bug issue. I really find that hard to believe when we encountered so many roaches during our very short stay. I can't believe it cost us so much money to stay in a room infested with bugs.

Very home welcoming !.Excellent service !.By the beach !.Food and stores everywhere !..They treat you like family I was very satisfy with the room we in , everything looks remodeled in excellent condition and the price for the room was pretty good. Hands down this hotel is the best I had since I been in Destin. And it has a pool for the kids if your not feeling the beach at the moment.

Very Friendly staff and very helpful. Most of all I appreciated seeing them deep clean everything. Shampooing hallways wiping down handrails. Very important high sanitation routines.

Worth my money
I booked this hotel from Hotwire(50$/night) and I didn't have any problems like other reviews. Everything is clean and nice. The bed is not that hard. I was super concerned before I decided to give a try to this hotel because all negative review. Even i have to change my towel at the cashier to get new clean one and the breakfast is just grab n go is not a big problem for me( is really cheappppp 50$/night) so I would give 5+ score for this hotel)

We booked this place for 1 night so that we could stay an extra day. The hotel we stayed at for about week was sold out due to Spring Break. 1 night, last minute, decent price ($170), how bad could it be?. We checked in and LITERALLY walked right back out less than 30 mins later. The entire building overwhelmingly stunk of old, stale, cigarette smoke. The kind of stale stink that makes you instantly nauseated. The "kitchen" was extremely dingy, rusted fridge inside and out, microwave stained with old food, stains everywhere. Bed sheets on both beds had BROWN stains, hair, everything was just dead disgusting, bathroom stained. I didn't even feel bad about losing out on the money. They need it. Please invest in cleaning this place up. Sheila in the front was super accommodating. Bless her heart. Absolutely NOT acceptable, recommended, doable, sanitary, none of the above.

I am here for two months and so far all is well. They have kitchenettes and are pet friendly. And they have great rates for long term rentals. Will update if something changes.

I was worried about this room due to some negative reviews. I am very impressed with this hotel though. For the low rate it is perfect. It is clean and smells good. There are just two of us in the room and there is plenty of space! The staff is wonderful!

Room was clean, amenities were clean (plates, dishes, cups, silverware). The workout room had 2 machines - both need updates or replaced. The tub did not drain in a timely manner. Location - easy access yet not in the middle of everything. Quiet and cozy. Friendly staff.
