First time here. Nice place. Good customer service. I think the room need some furniture update. The only thing I complain is that the stove ashes after selfcleaning where there but is something minor.

This place is not the ritz, but it is very nice and has many amenities. It's location is right in the middle of one of the nicest golf / beach resorts in Destin. If you are looking to stay in a 5 star resort at a 4 star price this is your ticket.

One of my favorite spots for vacation. The Tram service is a great plus that can get you most anywhere on the resort (as well as the beach). The golf course is beautiful and while I don't golf, it makes for scenic views for morning or afternoon walks or runs.

Good resort they would have gotten a five but they one employee works the front desk that is rude but rest of employees especially maintenance crew were awesome.

The room and all the amenities were very clean. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help out. We stayed in unit 300. The resort was conveniently located to local restaurants and outlet shopping.
Our view was the rooftop of the kitchen area. We heard EVERY delivery truck from midnight until 7 in the morning. We could not sit on the balcony due to the smell of the dumpsters behind the kitchen. We notified the staff about our concern and they said they have heard that before, but there was nothing they could do about it. We were very disappointed, we will not stay here again.

Nice Beach style condos situated inside Baytown Village of Sandestin, complete with Golf Courses and lots of nearby shopping and food options. There's even a movie theater within walking distance.

My daughter and family stayed at the Bay Club of Sandestin in August of 2016. After being there 2 days they discovered bedbugs in the room. The management staff was slow to respond and assist with the treatment. They were moved to another room and that room's lock was broken and needed to be changed. All this was a huge interruption to their vacation but the worst was yet to come. Now there are 3 of our family homes with bedbugs! When we called to report this, management again seemed uninterested and of little assistance. Not acceptable and certainly very costly.
