The place is nice for a low-cost airport hotel. Fantastic pool area, airport parking and shuttle (the shuttle drivers were extremely kind and engaging), the breakfast was pretty good too, for what it is. The room was decent and the staff was wonderful. I would be very happy to stay here again. Really surprisingly nice at this price point.

Hallway smells of mold. Room smells like Lysol. Furniture dated and ripped. The good: room is huge , front desk staff very friendly and the indoor pool is awesome!

Great place to stay if you are flying out of ohare airport. Rooms are kind of old but clean. Shuttle driver was great and right on time. Will stay yhere again. Best part you get to park you car there for 14 days if you stay the night.

My room was covered in some type of dust. Not sure what it was exactly, but it seemed like nobody had been in the room since the last time they updated hotel (Terribly 70's). Also, I might have been touched by a ghost. 9/10 would stay again.

Great price for ParkSleepFly, but shabby rooms. Paid $91 at check in (had booked for $109 online) for 5 nights parking. On-time departure shuttle. Lobby looked nice, but doors are not automated if you have a lot or large bags. 2-story hotel that is VERY spread out, so a lot of walking potentially. Room was quite spacious but pillows small, chipped paint, rough towels, A.C. unit not really enough to cool the room, bed not overly comfortable. Everything was clean, though. Pool area looked fantastic, but not tub roped off. Despite shabbibess, will likely use again.

For the price we paid, me and my boyfriend will come back. The hot tub does not work and the front desk mentioned they will be filling it in with cement. There were no pool tables, arcade games, or ping pong tables. They will not be bringing those back. The pool was great. The smoking bedroom that we had was very clean and did not smell. Can't complain.

AWFUL!!!! There was a rude lady at the check in desk. She asked us a question, we answered it and she was being rude about it. The hotel itself is crappy. It's old. But it is close to the Airport so I guess that's a plus. Do not go here. It should get half a star. I wish there were such thing. 👎👎👎👎

Hot tub has probably been out of service for months. (Snow fence around it) Pool area blowing cold air. Pool itself relatively cold. Had to go to the front desk to get pool towels as they had none stocked at the pool area.

Only one working ice machine in the building. WiFi wasn't working (they suggested we use Ramada open WiFi). Room door doesn't close from the inside so I had to deadbolt it in order to close it all the way.

Free shuttle is the only plus, I hope.

TL;DR: Save your money and go elsewhere. Tons of other hotels in the area.

The hotel is beautiful but the service is bad. Johanna messed up my reservation rude as can be hung up on me twice and fail to tell me rules of payments i gad to travel more then 4 miles to the bank that was open to deposit. America was amazing she accommodated us to the best to her ability. The manager as well poor management she denied she was the manager till i heard someone call her the manager. Jeannie i believe was her name. Then i called higher management and yet fail to receive a call. My kids loved it here for the pool but i don't think I'll be coming back. My business was ot appreciated and we stayed more then one night and no one came to clean our room.

We booked under the park, sleep, fly website. If your staying here for the shuttle/parking.. don't. Just don't. The neighborhood seemed questionable. Room worked for us, and was basic (just stayed one night before our flight). Staff was great upon check in.

We followed their specific instructions for the shuttleHowever the service on our way back was terrible. Called the hotel for shuttle like they instructed and was told the driver was on his way to the hotel at that time and they would call me in 15 min when he was heading back to the airport. No big deal at that time and figured about a 30 min wait total. They did indeed call after 15 min to tell me he was on his way, but the driver did not show up for 45 minutes! In total, we waited for well over an hour for the shuttle. Even better, he picked us up, left the airport, and circled back in the airport to pick up more people. We ended up being ON the shuttle for at least 45 min!! So frustrating after waiting for so long. Would have been better to just get a taxi or walk the 6 miles back to the hotel!

The driver never offered an apology or explanation.. and neither did the hotel. We did call the hotel twice while waiting to figure out what was taking so long and all they could tell me was that the shuttle was a courtesy and the driver would be there when he could. We found it very rude, especially since we paid a rate via the park, sleep, fly service to utilize the "courtesy".

If your also looking for a park, sleep, fly hotel.. try the Comfort Inn, Best WesternWe saw there shuttles 3-4 times (at least) in the time we waited! Bet their accommodations are worth the slightly extra cost in room rate too.
