My stay there was very welcoming. We were there very unexpectedly for six days, due to inclement weather. The staff could not have been more accommodating. I would like to mention Ms. Larenda "Penny" Williams Front Desk, Mrs. Gwen Higgs..Shuttle and Mr. Thomas Southard. Shuttle. You could not ask for a more professional and friendly and accommodating staff. Thank you all from all four of us!

Checkin clerk was awesome. Checkout was easy. Appreciated the bagged breakfast. Room was clean except body hair found in shower. Yuck. Expect parties.

Absolutely loved our stay ,very friendly and helpful staff. The interior was clean the rooms were also very clean . Excellent prices so i was a little concerned about this one i stay at Hamptin Inns all across the country and this was just as nice as all the others. It was quite so we had a peaceful stay. Thanks everyone for making our stay a home away from home.

I will not return to this place. The bath tub had chipped paint, they rooms are nice but outdated, the breakfast bag was trash. Only a blueberry muffin and water. Not even a breakfast sandwich. The only reason that I gave 2 stars is because Ms. Shelia at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful and amazing. But I won't return here. There are better hotels in the area for the same price .

Good price, easy to get to, very friendly and organized staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. They were doing a bit of renovations to the hotel and they updated our regular room to a suite for no extra charge. I'd go again!!!

We got the suite, the room was very clean and had all of our necessities. The staff that night seemed kind of meh about her job but was still very helpful none the less. The breakfast bar was great in the morning and they had hot coffee around the clock in the lobby. This was a great stay and probably the best experience I've had in a hotel

Love the renovation of the rooms. The suite makes me feel at home. I definitely will recommend to friends and associates. The hostess was really nice and pleasant. Will ne back in a couple of days on the way back home.

We had an overall decent stay here, and it was affordable due to the construction noise. We asked our housekeeper to change our trash and it wasn't done for 2 days and the receptionist was quite rude when we were checking in. Other than that all of the staff we interacted with were very nice and pleasant! If you're looking for something affordable and you aren't planning on staying in your room during the day it's nice.

Room was clean and frozen. One of the lamps didn't work. Aside from that, it was a great stay. The staff was courteous and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Nice large room. Great food. A/C didn't work right the first night or two but was fixed in short order. Only inconvenience is that there is no shuttle to nearby restaurants or venues. I would stay at Hampton again but with one within walking distance or shuttle to nearby restaurants or venues.

On the positive side it was quiet, and the breakfast was good, fresh and clean. But the beds were stone. No one got a good night's sleep. That is what I an paying for.

Great Hilton owned hotel chain! The rooms are stylish and spacious with super comfortable beds. Nice outdoor pool space with woodland views. A beautiful shaded gazebo for smokers to enjoy in the back of the hotel. They have a well equipped gym area to stay fit on the go. Huge dining/ sitting area off of the lobby to enjoy the tasty hot breakfast in the morning or your evening news with coffee. Overall excellent experience!

I had a great stay at this hotel. One BR suite was very large and nicely appointed. Room was quiet and clean. Typical Hampton Inn amenities such as excellent breakfast, newspaper, and cookies in afternoon. Hotel is convenient off of I77, but not too close to have a lot of traffic noise. Not much around the hotel.

I booked this for a couple who came to do a presentation at our school. It was a romantic spot because their room overlooked Phillips Place and the trees were lit up in white lights. The room was very comfortable, and breakfast was included. They had a great stay and want to return again soon. Very convenient location to Southpark Mall and all the restaurants and stores you could want.
