Free breakfast! My bed feels like it is just 2 box springs, hence the low score. Convenient location though.

Absolutely awful experience. Hotel doesn't enforce any curfew. Don't get room 201. It's right above the main lobby. Late night parties easily disturb the sleep in rooms right above. Front desk has received lots of complaints and done nothing so far. 2:30 am and still no effective curfew. Week afterward, hotel manager gave me a full refund, and sent me the quiet hour policy, assuring me to tell will be enforced so I would go back. Still I recommend dont accept room 201.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety. Wait time for room check in was about an hour and a half, and the elevators in the building are painfully slow.

Very nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. Nice hot breakfast with a pretty good selection of items. Our particular room had a partially working mini-fridge and shower diverted that only put about 2/3 of the water up to the showerbut I didn't report it until checking out, so I can't really complain or knock off any stars.

Parking was good, check-in was quick and easy. I actually checked in online, and had a digital key to my room, so we just walked in and were ready to go. The room was clean and roomy. We had a 2 queen bed suite and my children even loved the room. There was no noise from other guests.. we got a great night of sleep. The only complaint I could make was that the road is currently under construction which made it a little confusing to get to and leave, but that is not the hotel's fault, and I'm sure it won't be long before it's all cleared up. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and will definitely stay there again in the future.

We had the opportunity to stay here with honors points for one night and we're pleasantly surprised. It's quaint and nestled just down the road from the shops and Walmart in Holly Springs. It's very clean, but we walked into a disheveled room and damp carpet at around 9pm due to the cleaning crew making their rounds. I'm assuming they didn't expect visitors. I'd rather see them cleaning then be stuck in a dirty room anyway, front desk staff were very nice and the hot breakfast just seemed a bit lackluster. However great room and definitely can't beat the price.

Had reserved a room at another hotel which turned out to be unsuitable. I called and Hampton booked us a room within 10 minutes and we were on our way to their location, Upon arriving I was pleasantly surprised at the suite we were booked. The hotel is very clean, spacious and a quiet place to stay. The food on the breakfast buffet was excellent but the one thing that sold us on becoming Hampton customers from now on is the wonderful staff they employee. Everyone there was courteous and friendly. Thanks Hampton from saving us from our nightmare.

Booked a 1 King Bed Suite and it was a very nice size. Very clean and very comfy bed. The staff were kind and super helpful.

Great hotel, by its lonesome self behind a Walmart. Clean, well maintained. Nice staff. Front desk wasn't very welcoming compared to other Hampton inn's. House keeping was helpful. Great bargain.

Awesome staff. Very friendly. Food was what you would expect for a complimentary breakfast. WE had an issue with our initial room and the manager quickly took care of it and upgraded us to a suite for the rest of our stay. Would definitely come back here again. Lots of fun breweries, restaurants and shops in the area that are close by.
