Very clean, very up to date, great staff

Rooms have full kitchens. It’s basically like staying in a REALLY NICE studio or 1 bedroom apartment. Nicer than any I’ve rented in the past.

The manager and the rest of the staff really care about their customers and it shows. They’ll go out of their way to ensure you have the best stay possible.

Location was nice because it was right off the highway, great for overnight traveling guests. The bed and blankets were older and not very comfortable.

The General Manager was very friendly and accommodating after we were upgraded through Expedia when we found out our previous hotel had no water. I would definitely stay at Candlewood Suites in the future. The room had everything we needed and on top of that my fiancé and I had a restful and relaxing weekend.

Super comfortable rooms. Well appointed suites with dishwasher, full refrigerator, and a stove top. Did not have a chance to use the fitness center or pool, but they looked clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is good, convenient access to good restaurants and shopping for pleasure and necessity. Will stay here again.

Room was very clean and modern. Took adcantage of the laundry room which is always free for guests (you supply the derergent). Staff was very friendly. Only disappointing thing was they didn't have a rollaway bed available.

They gave us a single bed room instead of the 2 bed room we booked but resolved it quickly. Advertised a spa but no spa. Refunded 25 dollars at check out. Everything else was pretty good.

Received a good deal on the room for a work trip. WiFi worked and room had more than I needed (full fridge and freezer, two burner cook top, microwave, desk, recliner). TV was a low grade off brand flat-screen that received about 30 channels including HBO, ESPN, and ESPN2. Bathroom was clean but might have had previous issues as it has been painted a few times. Overall a good experience.
