Free breakfast and a decent pool. Pretty good for the price.
The rooms are clean. And located in a nice area. I would stay here again. They also have a nice continental breakfast that includes fresh made waffles
Decent room rates with breakfast included. The rooms are nothing fancy but a good place to stay in the area.
It's a good place to stay 2 beds and fridge and TV and all for like a 100 bucks. Near the water. Ain't no Hilton tho
Great breakfast and lovely quiet place. Charming Tiki vaulted ceiling lobby too. Nice friendly hosts and beautiful area.
After the hurricane we had no power so we came here only to find out there were bed bugs alot of them an all they did was offer another room never again.
Stay here on all our West Palm dive trips. Always clean. Always friendly. Always ready when we show up. The kids love the pool and breakfast too ofcourse!!
I didn't stay here but visited family that were. It seemed like a typical Super 8 but was well kept and clean. What stood out was the salt water pool, it was much nicer to swim in than a chlorinated pool.
Take a time trip to the 1960s
Pros: B. U. D. G. E. T.
Cons: Depends on what decade you grew up.
Ever curious how your grandparents traveled? Here are 8 “super” things that will remind you
1. Color: With its brown, umber and dark red color schemes, the Super 8 transports you to a time when the world was just coming out of monochrome. Walls, carpet and furniture make full use of this palate.
2. AC: the rumble embraces you with the dulcet sounds of a jet engine. It masks outside noises and is cools as an Alaska tundra in mid-December.
3. Breakfast: The morning meal is quick and easy with its 3 selections: cereal, toast or banana. You’ll feel full without the bloating one usually gets from a full buffet.
4. Staff: Their kindness is only surpassed by a dedication to learning the local language. Their quickness of getting you to your room means they don't dally on things like smiles and welcomes.
5. Pool: Now THIS is a pool! Rectangular, water, refreshing! You can't miss it, either. It's right there. In the middle. Of everything.
6. No Smoking: Rooms are non-smoking but they have that robust flavor of decades when it was allowed. But don't worry, when exiting your room, you'll inhale the fumes of everyone outside adhering to the no smoking IN the room rule.
7. Amenities: there’s a decent TV, alarm clock, iron and hair dryer. And there’s a bed, a chair, and a table. Yep, that about it.
8. Budget: This is a budget hotel. I saved money and it was just 1 night. It wasn’t scary and it wasn’t run-down. It’s just dated, old, and budget-y. There’s no updating it until a bull-dozer wonders through. But you can sleep there and move on with your life.
Simple hotel with basic comfort. Breakfast very simple but available. The best part: it is clean. But the price for this kind of hotel just too high.
Easy to find from the street; has a walk-up window for guests to check in after-hours. An elderly couple I met needed a last minute room in their travels to get home. Thankfully, when we called at 1:30am, the Super 8 had one room left. Booking the room was quick and painless. While it may not be the fanciest place to stay, it is safe and gets the job done! We were incredibly grateful to find a room at the last minute at a decent price.
