Great staff, clean and in a good location. Only issue was very uncomfortable pullout bed.

Stayed at the Hampton inn Jacksonville Florida stayed in king bed room suite with a pull out bed couch for two nights. Breakfast was good and everything seemed very clean. The inn was close to stores. The only issue was serval cars broken into and a sign in the parking lot basically warning it happens.

Amazing cleaning staff. I am a person with very particular needs of pillows to sleep due to back and neck problems. Most places we go, the staff just throw all of my pillows somewhere besides the bed. Yolanda not only put the. Pillows back on the bed, she got them exactly right! She even put my heating pad back where it belongs. So grateful. She was very thorough. Thank you!!

We love how close this hotel is to Jax Bch and the available options for dining and shopping in the area. The rooms are very clean and they have a awesome selection for breakfast.

Nice big rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice location. Good pool to swim and relax. Overall, it was a good hotel and I would stay again.

Very nice hotel, clean, not just in the rooms, but the whole hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Terrific location! We'll definitely be back!

Nice staff. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and kind. The hotel is currently under construction. They are making the best of it though. It's located in a convenient ate a close to the beach and interstate.

Stopped in to meet a friend who was a hotel guest. Staff was nonexistent, then one appeared and was rude. No parking whatsoever - I had to park in a temporary space after driving around for an inordinate amoint of time. Hotel van was parked in the loading zone so guests unloading then caused not only a traffic jam, but blocked any movement within the parking lot. Interior was clean just devoid of employees. I would not choose to stay here myself if I had sn alternative.

My stay here was short, but one of the easiest. The staff I interacted with were extremely efficient and handled my reservation quickly. Free breakfast was provided from 6 to 10 a.m. There was complimentary free internet as well.

Friendly staff. Rooms clean. Plenty of towels. Hair dryers don't work in every room. Pool kept clean. Close to restaurants and beach.
