I was with great company. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was petty good. The priceI know I didn't eat $52 worth of food.

Nice grounds. Updated rooms. Comedy Club and some convention space. Pets welcome with a biscuit at front desk! Located off 295 near 95; Mandarin area of Jacksonville Florida (Duval County)

This is my third time here this year. My husband stays here for weeks at a time while working away. Housekeeping comes in daily to clean and replace linens, the front desk staff is so friendly and always makes us feel welcpmw, and their breakfast buffet is probably my kids' favorite part of staying here. The rooms are clean including the floors, fridge, and bathroom. We also enjoy using the pool which is nice size, very clear, and usually clean of debris. They have shows on the weekend, but other than the parking spots filling up quickly, we've never been bothered by the amount of people attending.

VERY helpful staff. Our usual housekeeper, Maria, was delightful. She went out of her way to accommodate any request we had! Great location also, with shopping, restaurants, etcetera VERY NEARBY. We stayed here during Hurricane Irma. Every staff member although swamped with work due to short staff, made us feel as though we were family. They were calm & kind & went above & beyond our expectations in EVERY WAY!!! We stayed over 2 weeks & enjoyed every aspect of our time there. From breakfast each morning (included the room rate) to the wonderfully comfortable beds through the night. HIGHLY recommend! I WILL DEFINITELY STAY WITH THEM AGAIN!

This is no way a 3 star hotel. 1.5-2 star. That very good breakfast bar they are selling rooms on is not as great as it sounds. Eggs, susage, bacon that is dripping in fat. Milk, bananas, waffles. Still it did not taste that good to me. Location is the only thing going for this hotel and cheap pricing compared to 2 star. That 3 star I have seen much better in bedding and room quality and none of this here. I don't have pets but will never like to stay at a hotel that welcomes them because it does make the place smell.

Beth is the best person on this earth. We were getting away from hurricane Irma from south Miami and we have pets. She helped us so much and was super sweet especially with the evacuation situation and considering how many pets we have and the species. That woman is a gift from God honestly! I cannot express how amazing this service is. I definitely recommend this place because of the amazing service!

I've stayed here many many times. It's always nice and clean, check in is always quick and easy, the staff is great. The on-site restaurant has a great FULL hot breakfast included with your stay and for dinner they have an amazing seafood buffet that includes all you can eat crab legs, shrimp, oysters, prime rib, you name it. The comedy club that is also located within the hotel has shown me many good times. The acts are always fresh and funny. I don't stay anywhere else when I'm in Jacksonville!

The Ramada was not horrible looking at all but the service we received was not up to par. Many drunken people were hanging out at the hotel and there was so much chaos we could not park when we first got to the hotel after a seven hour drive. When we realised we could not park me and my mother were told to go get something to eat and come back for a parking space. After getting some food, we came to our hotel room to find our keys would not work and I was left waiting outside in humid hot weather until my mother could get somebody to help her with our key situation. After a good twenty five minutes we were in our room. When we got into the room we saw cigarette burns and pet dander in our room. Our beds were so squeaky and uncomfortable we could not sleep. On top of the bed situation, the people next door were fighting with each other all night long in what sounded like a drunken rage. A loud car kept coming in and out shining bright lights as well. With no sleep that night we received a refund for our troubles. Despite the refund we will not be standing at this or any Ramada hotel ever again.

This place is great! Pets are free to stay with no extra charges or deposit. The room was clean, with a clean mattress, white sheets, white towels, and a clean bathroom. Economical and staff was VERY friendly. They have enticing buffet and have first rate comedic acts appear fairly often. Quaint little lounge at the lobby with live performers. Overall our brief stay here was well worth the price.

Did the comedy zone package with dinner, comedy show, early check-in, breakfast AND late check-out for our anniversary. Cannot say enough good about the whole experience. From the desk clerk when we arrived, to the cleaning crew just as we checked out, EVERYONE was awesome. Great food, great show, great room, great staff. Excellent, excellent, excellent!!

Easy to get to with clean rooms. Pet friendly was our main reason for booking this particular hotel. Breakfast included was decent but got cold quickly. Property does have a piano bar and comedy club that are pretty decent as well.

Really good hotel. the booking in process was quite simple. The hotel was easy to locate everything. It has a restaurant, pool & comedy club. All the colleagues I interacted with were pleasant and friendly. The only negative thing I have to say is that I was put upstairs and it was quite hard for me and my six month old daughter to get to the room with the pram and bags. Being put on the ground floor would have made it much easier.
