Staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so it was a tad crowded with the hockey tournament occurring in the area. Rooms are average, and the free breakfast was just okay.

I got a room here for my dog and I while I was on a work trip. The staff was great and welcomed both me and my dog. It was a Comfortable room but definitely not sound proofed. Heavy walkers above me and I was next to the laundry room. I would definitely come back again.

Located in the northern reaches of East Lansing in a mixed business/residential area and close to shopping and restaurants, this is a nice facility with friendly staff. No shuttle service but plenty of Uber and taxi opportunities.

Staff was extremely nice. AC didn't work right, also woke up in the morning with pink eye. Not sure if it was from dirty sheets but who knows.

Great hotel. Stayed here one night with husband. Great breakfast before going out to golf. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. We went to Hopcat for dinner and drinks - great place for craft beers and some delicious food! Room was clean, hotel was quiet at night. Met our expectations completely.

Rooms are very nice. I always stay at the hampton inn. Maids were playing rap music early in the morning while cleaning the room next door, that was the only issue I had.

Looks like an up and coming new area. Hotel was brand new and shops and amenities in immediate spaces were just being built/ newly opened. Hotel was new construction/modern, clean, comfortable and quiet. I did not want to try neighboring food options, so got a mini pizza and cookie from cafe downstairs.

The room was very nice and clean. We had a king bed and a pull out couch, so more than enough room for us. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The continental breakfast was so good! Hot and cold food, good coffee, fruit, waffles, etc. Very easy access to US-127. We would stay here again!
