The room was absolutely beautiful. I needed a company approved hotel for a night and after some searching I found the Hampton and saw that it had been recently remodeled. The room was clean with fresh linen. It is also conveniently located close to restaurants, gas, and coffee! The receptionist was very friendly and inviting and I would recommend this establishment to others! The price is very reasonable and the size of the suit huge.

Great overnight stay! Arrived after an MSU football game. We were able to quickly check in. Hotel is nicely remodeled. Staff is friendly. Quiet stay.

The hotel is bright and cheerful. It was very clean and the service was good. The breakfast was adequate, probably average for a non fancy hotel. The bed was not particularly comfortable. It wasn't bad either. I would stay again, it was fine.

Exceptional place for a group meeting. Great staff, great accommodations. Those who stayed the night were pleased with their rooms. I've been here many times over the last 6-7 years for meetings and we've never been disappointed. Thanks!

My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was very good. The young woman who checked us in at the lobby desk was very pleasant and gave us a choice of floors. The room was clean and neat with what seemed like an absurd amount of both electrical outlets and USB-A ports for charging older cell phones. The bathroom fixtures, especially the showerhead, were excellent and the water got plenty hot enough. The only points where they could improve are the alarm clock (which was very bright) and the continental breakfast which was the same 'decent' mediocrity that all hotels seem to offer.

Awesome rooms! Awesome staff! Great breakfast! Nice pool! Renovations are underway in part of the hotel but they have made sure it doesn't interfere with your stay and its business as usual.

The booking process sucks. Three transfer all to speak with someone who isn't from the area and sounds like they hate their job. Hotel is nice, though. Don't call to book, do it online.

Stuff happens! bed was soft and I was well asleep at 1:30am. until the fire alarm started chirping every 2 minutes with a low battery. Gal on duty wasn't able to get a tall enough ladder so I moved to a room on the second floor it took a few hours to fall back asleep and made for a rough day at work. I moved back to the room in the morning and the battery was changed. I was treated to a nice gift basket and 10,000 reward points. They did a good job and had a good attitude about. Like I said Stuff Happens!

Great space and very friendly service, have stayed there for years and it's always my "go to" when the rates make sense. The location is ideal and good shops and restaurants are walkable. All the staff are very welcoming and quick to help.

My experience here was lovely.
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and even upgraded me to a suite due to a misunderstanding with my check in.
The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. The hotel looked beautiful and well taken care of.
Comfy beds.
