The meeting places were pretty standard, but the chairs were especially uncomfortable. Perhaps this was due to the number of people in attendance. Overall the service was good. The amenities were purely standard. I would recommend this convention center to anyone needing a good location with plenty of parking in South Lansing. The Speedway gas station next door is particularly convenient for a quick snack. And the Lowe's across the street is good for all those supplies you might need to make your presentation great - things to hang your posters, etc.

I only stayed one night. The room was nice and the staff seemed friendly. The parking for the hotel is in the back and you have to walk around to get to the front desk. That can be an inconvenience for someone that’s handicapped. The I stayed was big and the bathroom was clean. However the remote controls for the TV didn’t work and the front desk staff was unable to help with that. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. All the decorations and decor were appropriate and classy. Only complaint was that the conference room was very cold. I didn't see any staff members or guests during my 8 hour stay there.

We have had several meetings here for my work and it has always been pleasant. Not much to say here but the conference rooms are always clean along with clean restrooms and the staff has always been helpful. There are plenty of options near by for dining and it is easy to get to from the expressway.

The hotel's accommodations were acceptable, but before you book a room here in the summer time make sure they do not have any weddings booked in their outdoor court. We stayed at the hotel during a date that a wedding/reception was scheduled (we didn't know this in advance), and it was awful. Our room overlooked the court where the wedding/reception was held and it was nearly impossible to get any sleep because the music was so loud. The music was on from ~10pm until 1am in the morning. We called the front desk to complain (as did countless others) and they basically said there wasn't anything they could do because the wedding was booked 2 years in advance. So I highly suggest asking what events are booked at the hotel before reserving a room. Or better yet just skip booking a room here altogether.

Very nice on the inside. Rooms have always seemed to be clean. We have stayed 3 times in 3 years. The parking lot is way overdue for re-paving. No visible parking lines. The appearance outside is much sketchier than you would like. But inside is much better

Despite the reviews I read this is a decent hotel. Not five star nor for star. However if you just want a clean room with some space it's an efficient place to stay. The continental breakfast was a plus. There was more than ample parking. Although that's likely because there were hardly any guest at this hotel. I saw the bar open Tuesday night Thursday night. On each night I didn't than two people inside. Drones don't have the best Decor in the world but are far from outdated. It was a better room than I expected for the cost. I will definitely stay here again.

Please do not host any events here. The staff is mediocre and rude. We had to ask the front desk for help and they were very reluctant. The venue was for our wedding and it is wasn't even cleaned beforehand. The tablecloths were dirty, stained from coffee and oil. We had 30+ tables with stained tablecloths. The floor was filled with crumbs and debris from another event. No one swept it. Instead I was handed a broom and the staff left. We attempted to hide stains with our table runners but alas it didn't work. I was stuck doing everything for my wedding when we were informed that their staff would be on hand. Please do not host anything here! After our wedding we stayed at the hotel suite for the night, next morning we hear a knock and before we could get up the house keeping lady already busted herself halfway through the door. Luckily I had the lock up. Check out was at noon she was there at 10:30! Uhh Hello, let us sleep! After making the manager aware of our horrible experience, they said they would refund us $200 out of the &2100 we paid for the venue. We checked out of the hotel September 4, we were just made aware today via email on September 14, that we owed a balance for our stay. Interesting. 10 days later they let us know we never paid for our suite. So they decide to take it from our refund which leaves us $32. Makes no sense, I don't understand how this place runs.

This is a solid hotel to stay in. I go here on average once a month and it's always a good experience. The rooms are clean and check in and out is easy. This is a dependable option in you need a place to stay. My only gripe is making a reservation by phone can be spotty. I've often had to call multiple times to get a hold of a person to take my reservation

We went for a brunch -don't waste your time or money. Food was low end buffet style, dry, and cheap. There are several better and cheaper options in the area.

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable and clean. It doesn't attract the best crowd at events they hold. Pool was broken/closed and that's why we chose this hotel - for the pool! They didn't want to address that in any way for us even when asking. Breakfast was good. Check in took a long time, 20+ minutes.

This place is interesting. 70s decor in the lobby areas which is kind of nice. Room was modernly furnished though. Our room smelled kind of bad. Pretty sure the heater fan was the source of the smell so ymmv. Breakfast was pretty basic but good.

Comfortable, clean, updated room and bed. Fairly thin doors, so heard plenty of hall noise, but we ended up playing some (very quiet) ambient music on our phone and slept through the night without any problems. Convenient mini fridge and microwave in the room. We stayed in a 1-king bedroom and it was surprisingly open and bigger than expected. Would stay again.
