I wouldn't even give this hotel ONE star! When we checked in we had to wait because the staff was "Away". Dialed "0" like the sign said and the staff was rude stating "I will be there in a minute". Did not say Hello or Thank you! Should have been my first hint! Checked into our room and their was four strands of hair on the sink and 3 strands on the toilet seat. Gross! Happy that I brought my Clorox wipes with me! It was cold in the room so I turned the heat up like it said to do on the note on the wall and the heat ran all night and never seemed to warm past 68. The pool area was cool and dirty. The breakfast staff stared at us the entire time and seemed displeased that we were eating. She was very short with her comments and rude. The morning we were checking out, we tried to sleep in. At 9 am, I heard something and the next thing I know, the housekeeper opens the door. She shuts the door and yells "Sorry". I yelled back "You should knock and announce yourself!" I was not happy!!! I went to complain to the front desk. I asked for a Manager but no one was there on a Saturday apparently. The front desk clerk acted like she somewhat cared. She said that she would talk to the housekeeping manager. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again! Dirty room and horrible staff! Unbelievable!

Dirty, moldy and musty! Will not be staying here again. The management at this hotel was confrontational and did not seem to care that their hotel was filthy! After about 20 minutes of being inside I started to have some difficulty breathing. I checked out early and went to a different hotel! Rooms had bugs, food, and mold in them, many of the bathrooms backed up! Not a pleasant experience to say the least. Run away as fast as you can and don't look back! The best part about this hotel was checking out!

Stayed for 3 nights for a tournament in the area. Pool area was outdated with most of the game machines broken. Bar was out of use. Bathrooms in most rooms did not work correctly or barely at all. The breakfast was terrible. We asked for a upgrade & could not get one. The best thing about this hotel was the lobby & some of the staff. Would not stay again.

Good location, nicely decorated rooms. The bed was firm but not hard. We bring our own pillows so can't comment on those provided. The lighting was good throughout. The only thing with the bathroom is the lack of counter space for toiletries. Especially since there's no water tank on the toilet, that's one less place to put things. The breakfast had good choices, but the best thing about it was Mary. She's a gem and taking care of the guests is her #1 priority. Check-in was speedy, but the young man working the front desk mumbled a lot and I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. Check-out was great. The young man that morning had a great attitude and was very friendly.We would stay here again.

The front staff was amazing. The room was clean but very warm even though the temperature is set by the hotel and we were able to turn the vent on it didn't help. I was jumping out of bed and cut my foot open on a metal bed frame that was hanging out from under the wooden box. It really hurt and actually still hurts. They said they would do a point discount when the front desk clerk saw the bar sticking out from the bed and he was kind enough to bring me band aids . We we're in room 245. Mary at breakfast was wonderful and was super helpful. The eggs and. Sausage were awesome. The staff made this place incredible. Can you guys please invest in the syfi channel ???

The price for the area was decent, the breakfast was simple but good, the pool area looked really really nice, the rooms were cleanbut the A/C stunk. I was pretty warm, which I like my room pretty cool to sleep. But, if you like a warm room, then everything else is worth 5 stars.

They allow their guests to drink and carry on at excessive volumes late into the night, even on weeknights. If getting good sleep or feeling safe are a concern for you, be wary that they are not good at reigning in drunk and belligerent (even aggressive) guests or friends of guests.

It takes a lot of effort for a Quality Inn to receive a 5 star review. That said, I have been traveling on the road for four years staying in hotels 16 days per month. These hotels range from basic motels to Hilton Resorts, and this is the first time I have felt the need to leave a review. The rooms here are adequate; I would say one step above the average Quality Inn. I even had issues with the AC not working properly. However, the quality of this place lies in the simple text message system, and the gentlemen working the front desk. The responses are quick, and the men are courteous and fast to help with anything. I sent a text asking if it were possible to get a fan, and within a matter of minutes I had a box fan at my door with apologies and offers to have maintenance check the AC. I stay in Hilton Garden Inns most nights, and Marriotts are also common. So, I dread seeing a La Quinta or Quality Inn when they occasionally appear on my itinerary. This time, I wouldn't have chose any other location. I don't believe it is worth the energy to write these reviews, but this time I believe they earned it. Keep up the good hospitality.

Friendly, comfortable, price is good.Wonderful breakfast, decanters of water, lemonade, and fresh fruit all day and don't forget the cookie's and popcorn all free. They even gave us a ticket to go up to their snack bar for a free beverage and hot dog or nachos with chili and cheese on them. Nice exercise room and big pool. No public whirlpool though only available in certain rooms. Location is good and easy to get on main roads. They were remodeling some rooms when we were there and it was looking good. Wonderful stay while we visited family for a fifth wedding anniversary.

Rooms are comfy. The rooms are dated. But there is a sign in the lobby that a remodel is coming. Very quiet and a great night's sleep. The hot tub in the room was awesome.

We had an unfortunate incident with another guest. the staff was INCREDIBLE. specifically James went out of his way to make sure I was doing ok, with what we experienced he made sure we were enjoying g our stay. It's nice to see such caring young people working there.
so kind and caring about my families stay all the staff works very hard and we're all very kind. The manager on the night we stayed at 20th hopefully appreciates them as much as we did. He was good at his job!response / report this review -

The hotel is better than you might expect for the price. There is a nice indoor pool and bar/lounge area. The rooms are passable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave me a charger to borrow for the night because I forgot mine.

We came with our basketball team for the weekend. We had an enjoyable experience. The front desk staff were very courteous and polite. They provided excellent customer service. Levon at the bar was amazing. Very nice and polite. Mary took pride of taking care of the breakfast room. She was working non stop making sure everything was filled. The room were ok. The bed was not done to my liking. Found some hair on the bed. I had to give it a good shake. But beside this minor issue, I would go back this hotel next time I am in town.

I came with my daughter for college visit for 2 nights. I do not recommend this place. It needs major renovation and it's pretty run down. My room was cold so I turned the heat on and the heater fan rattled crazy all night. I could keep it on. Just had to bundle up.
I expected at last decent hotel but it was like old motel 6 days Definitely remodeling needed
