Great water pressure. Hot water and a nicely laid out room (not like most Hamptons). Checkin was painless. Breakfast was okay. Internet was down, not sure if it ever came back up as I didn't use it. Overall, I'd stay there again.

Such are nice place. We had evacuated from hurricane Irma was welcomed here. They even had a special rate for hurricane victims. What a neighborly thing to do.

Our vehicle broke down on the interstate and we ended up needing a hotel room the night before the 2017 eclipse. Since Crossville was a great place to view the eclipse all the hotels were full. The Hampton Inn had 1 available room due to a cancellation! The room was clean and in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, the eating area was kept very clean. Despite how busy they were with a completely booked hotel the manager went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle back from the shop. They also had a crib available for the baby! If I was in the area and needed a hotel room again I would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk agent when we checked in (Mandy, I think) was professional and personable. I love having coffee available around the clock and the breakfast was excellent. My daughter enjoyed the outdoor pool, and I liked that it was clean and well-kept.

Very convenient, didn't want to drive over to Knoxville in the middle of the night. Would recommend over any other Crossville lodging alternatives to others.

Great for an overnight stay. This location is far enough away from Nashville to be more budget friendly, with all of the normal amenities. The breakfast was above average for Hampton's usual offerings. Would definitely stay again.

The staff here was awesome! They saw our son was not feeling well and brought him some sprite and extra stuff he could use for our trip to help him feel better. Stephen the night manager was great as war Lisa the morning manager. The lady working the breakfast area was excellent. Much appreciated. The room was great as usual. Water pressure was awesome in the shower. Overall a great stay as usual. The staff just went over the top helping us with a sick little boy.
