The place is ran down . Looks nice on the outside but nasty gross disgusting on the inside. By the pictures ive posted judge for yourself. I was told this was one of their best rooms. This disturbs me on so many levels

The rooms look like a crime scene. Stains all over the carpet old ran down appliances. I had to ask for a coffee pot and a iron. This room is supposedly non smoking but yet cigarette burns all over counter tops, desk, window seal and Air unit. The place needs pest control as well. I counted 5 in the bathroom and 4 on the bedside table. I'm really disgusted with the room I'm stuck with. I paid two weeks up front and Im sick. I waisted 480$. So I guess sleeping in my vehicle is way better than getting staff or an std from the Unit

This was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed. Not only did the place have roaches, but the rugs were worn and so were the bed sheets. I was so upset. There was no iron in the room w/ a ironing board. the office was not accessible until 9 in the morning by which time I had to leave for work. I called to cancel my stay after that night and was told that i would have to wait til the next day so that they could talk to the manager "whom they would not give me a name) the next day and to call them. i called the next day and was told that the "manager" said that I could not get my almost 300 dollars I spent and could not have another room in replace of the one I stayed in. I will not recommend anyone to them and I am seeking legal advise against them.

I was greeted by competant , friendly
and professional staff. On business in Chattanooga we booked a Week for two Adults $245 plus a $50 deposit. After the end of the first week, We decided to stagnated 7 days. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. A two-way stove top, kitchens-style sink and a larger fridge that can hold a weeks worth of food. The Mesmerizing beauty that checked us in didn't hurt either. Kind, fast and helpful(most importantly) but Beauty never hurts in the Hospitality Industry. I'd stay again and likely will! :)

The place And people living there are fine. Its the owner and security worker that make what could be a good low income housing into a slum. Most there are hard working people with no place to,go. Good people. I will say its a good place only because of its people living there long term. That and mike who manages it. Great man! Deserves to own it because of his heart for the good people living there.

It's the nastiest place to stay they got mean people working for them including the owner and drugs in every other room it's a bad place if u have children it's a very unsafe and unhealthy place.. infested with roaches, bedbugs,and it gets worse they don't clean the rooms before u get to stay in one..same sheets ,towels,and we stayed sick the whole time we stayed in there suites and rooms!!!! Clean ur rooms get new beds fix the place up or y'all will lose this company !!!

RACIST!!! Would not SERVE me BECAUSE I AM BLACK. GAVE ME A HARD TIME ABOUT RENTING A ROOM. TOLD ME THE CLEANING LADIES WERE ON BREAK (11AM BTW) AND WOULDN'T HAVE THE ROOMS CLEAN UNTIL 3PM AND I COULDN'T PAY IN ADVANCE OR RESERVE A ROOMDONT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. This place is so nasty! People randomly walking up asking you to buy drugs, or everyone asking to bum a cigarette. There is no management and the desk clerk will clearly tell you this. Randy the owner hires a security guard that is on state probation for god knows what especially since he is at the pedophiles rooms hanging out while the office is supposed to be open. The only person protecting you and your children is a drug addict who trades sexual favors for rent. Sleeping in a box under a bridge is better than this death trap. Don't give your money to these monsters.

Had to stay at the Home Away in Hixson for a few months- other than the staff knocking on your door at 8am or earlier to "spray", "check batteries" & SNOOP, i had no problems. And also when I called to get a room, they said they were full and would call me when they got an open room. The next morning I was really needing somewhere to go, so I drove by the Home Away and walked in the front office and asked if they had rooms available. They replied with yes they have open rooms so I ask why I hadn't been contacted yet about a room being available for me, all they could tell me was, they were about to call me right then but I pulled up so that's why they didn't call!! Keep in mind I never even gave them my name!!!
