I was on the 3rd floor. The room was very nice and clean. The employees all were nice as well.

Loved the stay here- it’s completely renovated and beautiful. (Pics on website not updated!) Crisp clean room, linens and overall wonderful hotel! Would highly recommend.

Great & friendly place to stay with helpful personal & wonderful staff. Breakfast is wonderful. Everyone should try them out & easy access to Hyw. 40 interstate.

Very nice, rooms were clean and the whole place felt new. Great view, although it was a little hard to find the entrance.

Great staff but not a good cleaning crew, we had dirty washcloth on sbower curtain several days and cleaning crews cleaning rags left on our counters. It pretty sad for that to be brought to their attention twice and still happens and pay all that money for a whole week.

Rooms are large with comfortable beds. Breakfast has a very good selection. They did a very nice job of renovating the hotel. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Spent some time with friends here when we were in from out of town for a friend's wedding. Nice place, glad to be in the same hotel with friends and have a good setting to reconnect.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had at a hotel. Highly recommend this location.

This hotel was fantastic. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were good sized and clean. It felt very modern and had a beautiful view outside. Definitely a recommended stay.

It was awesome. Great staff, great breakfast, neat rooms, housekeeping on point, and well worth the price. Our stay was very quiet. We have small children, they wanted to go swimming. The pool only goes to the 5th ft, which was great. One of our kids pressed the wrong button on the tv remote. Someone came up to help. After about 30 minutes of us not bsing able to dix the problem, they quickely moved is to another room.

We checked in late and the front desk clerk was very friendly. Our room was freshly remodeled, bright, and clean. Breakfast was yummy with a variety of food to choose from. This hotel was close to interstate 40.

Nice hotel. They are just finishing rennovations and what has been done looks great. The work being done didn't inconvenience us in any way. Would recommend if in the area.

Beautiful hotel, newly renovated. All amenities in room were top notch. Flat screen TV, modern lounge chair, Keurig in room with complimentary k-cups, and comfortable bed. May be staying at Holiday Inns from this point forward.

Best hotel option in Harriman/Rockwood area. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are remodeling to newer Holiday Inn Express modern decor. Stayed in newly finished room on 3rd floor which felt brand new. It hotel will be very nice once full remodel is done.
