It's such a shame this place is closing at season's end. It's so beautiful. The property is banked against the Hiwassee River but you're not so close that you worry about your children's safety. The camping spots are spacious. You could easily setup another RV between neighboring sites. Lots of wildlife. We watched deer grazing every morning and afternoon and rabbit are plentiful. Caretakers also told us of a family of skunks, bobcats and racoons but we never actually seen any of those. Lots of fishing, kayaking, hiking around the area. The RV park even has a pool and playground for occupants. We will be going back soon.

What a wonderful place to kick back and relax for a couple days!! We are first time RVers & Mellisa & Keith were extremely friendly & helpful!! Hope to go back again sometime!

What a clean well maintained campground! The spaces are far apart and very well kept up. We feel in love with TN and this campground helped with our vacation! My husband actually did some videos with his drone here, and hopefully they'll get posted to show off this gorgeous campground :)

My friends and I stayed at the resort this past weekend for my 24th birthday, and we experienced nothing but excellent service. It is extremely clean and well kept. I plan to return back before the year is over!! I highly recommend this place to people who want to get away and enjoy a relaxing vacation. Thanks John for making my first time experience nothing less than amazing!! I'll be back!!

It exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was very well appointed, a perfect balance of luxury accommodations and rustic. The main public rooms were home like, from the living room with the tv and couches to the pool table and main hall. The staff was always friendly, helpful and inviting. Convenient to a wide array of parks and recreation. Quiet pastoral getaway that we look forward to returning to!
