Very nice friendly hotel. They are renovating so the completed rooms are updated and lovely. Dont worry about the renovation they are very quiet. Beautiful lobby and nice breakfast. The pool is gorgeous, but my visit was too cool weather to enjoy..

Came all the way from Florida to attend my best friends wedding. When I arrive to check in under my friends reservation as her guest. Keep in mind She called ahead to let them know. They said that would be fine. When I checked in. I would have never tried to check in if I knew this would happen. I was told by the front desk I had to hold on a minute. Few minutes later A manger name Pavi came out to question me about the reservation threatening to cancel the reservation. Asking where is my friend. Very rude body language. She said my friend is doing something she is not suppose to. She needs to learn how to talk to people. She has absolutely no customer service. You DO NOT attack people that way. I wish we had booked another place. The employees are nice. She is a nightmare. she has ruin my whole day. Please make sure she doesn’t treat anyone else this way because this place seems very nice and clean..

Nice hotel but still undergoing construction and some of the rooms need a little bit of updating. Staff does a great job of making their guess happy. breakfast is pretty nice has a make your own waffle machine coffee all day long and cookies in the evenings. A couple of restaurants within walking distance plenty of them a short car ride away.

It's a nice hotel. Good value. Comfy. Breakfast is actually good. Staff is friendly. But someone smoked in our room (although strict non-smoking policy) and one way styrofoam plates and plastic silverware at breakfast is just horribly. Please stop being stupid!

Very clean hotel, exceptionally friendly staff! The breakfast is the standard Hilton continental, eggs, a meat, waffles, cereal, other breakfast odds and ends. The rooms were in good shape, there is some renovation going on, but the areas are blocked off and don't look like a construction site upon short glance, which is nice. The pool is clean and the fitness room looks cared for and has decent equipment to get an okay workout. Location isn't bad, there are a lot of other hotels nearby, so as a traveler concerned with security, you blend in to the mass of other travelers. The interstate is nearby, so easy access to getting to downtown (about 15 min drive). There is a grocery store and restaurants nearby. All in all, I was pleased with my stay!

Love using the app to book the room, check in, select our room and even use the digital key! Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient, as were the other staff that we encountered. Breakfast was great, especially considering that the woman working was short staffed. This was our second stay here and we have another one booked for October. Very convenient to Charleston, and lots of food choices nearby.

I don't have a single complaint, but don't confuse this with a 5-star hotel. Room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Great quality for an affordable price. Free hot breakfast was a money-saving plus. Get up early to get a seat at breakfast. A lot of good food spots close by. This is a great place to stay for those visiting Charleston.

Nice service, clean rooms. Outstanding morning breakfast options. Much cheaper than the downtown hotels. Stay here if you want to save a few bucks and are ok with driving to the beaches or downtown Charleston.

No USB plugs in rooms, could use updating. Breakfast was cold even when brought out fresh. Threw away my breakfast while I was making my coffee. Hotel was clean.

In online check-in we told them to expect us at 3pm but when we arrived at 4:30 pm our room was still not ready. The room we did end up in was fine, but not as nicely accommodated as other Hampton Inns I've stayed at. The breakfast was not very good The eggs had no flavor and the potatoes were grainy and again, flavorless.
