Really nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall we were really pleased. But there was a funny smell when we walked on the room and the shower pressure was very light.

Nice staff. Check-in took a bit longer than I would have liked but there were no issues. No true complementary high speed internet. They put me in a handicap room even though I did not request it nor was I told before going up to the room. The door on my room did not close unless you pulled very hard. I came back to my room door open after the room had had been cleaned.
One of the biggest downsides is there is no access to westbound Hillsboro Road which is the main street the hotel is located on. You need to make a u-turn to access I-95 or if you're heading west on Hillsboro you need to go PAST the hotel and make a u-turn well down the road. Unfortunately not the best experience with Hampton Inn. There are other hotels that I would choose instead next time.response / report this review -

Staff was great and the suites are nice. The Hotel is supposed to be 100% Smoke Free but our suite smelled of cigarette smoke horribly. It made me sick and all they offered was air fresheners. Even the bed, towels, curtains, pillows and carpet reaked of cigarette smoke. This fact more or less, ruined our stay. If the room wasn't smoked out , they would have gotten a 5 🌟 rating. Oh! And the wifi wasn't working either but we had a great data plan so it wasn't relevant to us.

I am updating my previous negative review, which was an isolated incident with the terrible manager, Melissa. I was treated with respect and had my dispute handled satisfactorily by the corporate office. I am very pleased with their system of checks and balances to ensure guests are treated fairly. You just have to take the time to report any unfavorable incident to corporate. This hotel is a very beautiful, pleasant place to stay and I'm sure that competent people are in place.

We stayed here a week after hurricane Irma, and it has been the most enjoyable stay! Beautiful, spacious and very clean rooms. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and they go out if their way to make your stay pleasurable. Thank you Hampton Inn Staff. Your awesome!

Clean hotel and welcoming entrance. Plenty of space in the rooms and tons of seating for guests. It was a good time during my brief stay.

Clean, spacious with friendly staff and a complimentary hot breakfast. Fairly standard (decent quality) that I have come to expcet from Hampton Inn.

Nice rooms. Staff seemed a bit snobish, but it was about shift change time when I checked in. Major downside is nothing within walking distance.

Nice hotel in Deerfield Beach. Easy access to 95 with fair pricing. I have stayed here multiple times and has always been a great and clean experience.

I had a bridal wedding party and a groom wedding party to house for 2 days so we had 2 rooms. We also included the bride's service dog, a tiny chihuahua mix wit a mild temper and shy in new environments. The manager melissa was extremely rude and prejudiced. She tried to charge for our service dog and noticing that some members of our party were black and some had tattoos, she treated us like trash. She charged for a smoking fine when no one smoked in the room. I will be disputing these charges and reporting her terrible customer relations attitude to the corporate office. Has anyone else experiences something similar with her and her crew? I'm sure she influences them.
