Our stay was made most comfortable by the staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was great. I'll stay here every time I return to the area! Highly recommend!

Great room. Very quiet and clean. Breakfast was great. They are renovating the facade so it's a little dusty in the lobby.

We stayed while a family member had surgery. The breakfast employee was so nice and asked the first day where we were from and why we were there. The second morning she remembered and asked how his surgery went. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Nice 4 star facility. Would be 5 but for poor TV quality and no ESPN and surly day clerk on phone. Even clerk was very friendly and professional.

I spent the night at this hotel on September 9. The next day I realized after driving over 200 miles that my wallet was missing. I called the hotel and asked them to check the room. I called back and they said the person they sent to check did not find it. I called several more times over the next few days. On October 3, I received a call from a gentleman that had spent the previous night in the same room I had. He found my wallet hidden behind the television. Of course the cash was missing. I can only conclude that the person from housekeeping that they sent to the room saw the wallet, took the cash and hid the wallet to hide their crime. This incident makes me rethink staying at a Hampton Inn in general and I would never stay in this location again due to the dishonesty of that employee.

Nice, comfortable room. My husband had reserved a room in July for the Barber Vintage Motorcycle Festival which took place this weekend in Birmingham. He received a phone call from a staff member on Thursday before our reservation on Friday. They asked if he would like a King bed rather than 2 Queens AND at a reduced rate. Definitely a plus since he wasn't sure if a friend or I would be joining him. That worked out well for us!

In addition, when he made the reservation, he didn't mention our Hilton rewards. Before we checked out, I approached Cornelia who was at the desk Saturday morning. She was a breath of fresh air! Super friendly and professional! She took care of the reward points as we chatted about College Football.

Overall, great stay at the Hampton Inn in Trussville, Alabama!

So the rooms themselves were nice and comfortable. We got there at 9pm and they were having a party in the meeting room. There was an Alabama game on, kids running everywhere, loud, I thought we might have a problem. But once in room everything was quiet. Breakfast they ran out of fast and eggs tasted funny. If you need a place to stay to lay your head down this will do but do not expect much more

We reserved a room for a few nights to escape Hurricane Irma from the Naples area. The staff were extremely welcoming, and we felt the southern hospitality from the moment we walked into the hotel. The room was very clean and hotel was exceptionally kept. The breakfast was really good, with a lot of variety. They even made us a home cook meal one night, which meant the world to us! I can't say enough about this hotel and its staff! I didn't want to leave!

Hotel room was nice, but the water pressure was low. It was tough to take a shower. Booked a room at this Hampton Inn because it shows a free airport shuttle service on their web site. When checking in on Saturday night, I was informed the shuttle only runs 7am to 9pm on the weekend and my flight was at 7am Sunday morning, so I had to pay for a cab. If you are booking at this Hampton Inn for their free airport shuttle service, you better check with the hotel to find out if the service is available at the time you need it.

The hotel has been updated and is actually very nice for its price point. However, WARNING!! They will groundlessly accuse you of smoking in their rooms ( I am a nonsmoker), then add $250 to your bill. Which, unless you paid cash, you can't do anything about, at that point. The general manager/owner (whom I dealt with) is rude. The staff nice and friendly. I told Mr. Patel that smoking had NOT occurred in my room, there was no evidence to back his charge. He just wants the extra money to be had. Save yourself the time and trouble. Stay somewhere else. I wish I had. Currently I am letting my credit card deal with him. I'm hoping they will make the progress that being an honest and reasonable person was unable to obtain. One shouldn't have opinions on someone's personal finances given their outward dress. My 40 yr old sister had just suddenly passed away and I looked the part. The hotel was the closest to the hospital.

This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. They served an evening meal as well as breakfast in the morning. Rooms are clean and quiet and are furnished/decorated exactly how expected them to be. I would consider staying at this hotel again in the future.
