Neighborhood didn't feel safe. Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Employee not clear on airport shuttle. There was loud screaming and yelling in the halls at 4am but I had no phone in my room to call the front desk. I won't return.

This place is absolutely disgusting. We booked online and when got there, checked in, went to the room and checked out. VERY dated, smelled horrible and a total dive. I would not even let my dog stay here. The man at the desk gave me no issues and canceled my reservation without issue, but the room was just BAD. We didn't stick around long enough to find out about anything else.

Everything here seemed pretty decent. What keeps it from 5 stars is that they did not have blankets for our pull out couch, and the continental breakfast wasn't that great.

The prices weren't bad and the bed was comfortable, but they gave me an unclean room at first that I'm not even sure the previous guest had checked out of yet. They didn't even apologize about the trashed room, just looked confused. They gave me a new room but did not have any cribs for my 1 year old daughter that I requested online while booking. Also the clean room was rather dingy. And they don't have an elevator which is frustrating when you are trying to carry bags and children. I could also hear other guests closing their doors and walking down the hallway as well as traffic from the road while I was in my room with the fan/AC on full blast.

Price was great! Rooms are dated, but beds were comfortable. Staff was polite, but seemed distracted in their personal lives. Shuttle service wasn't reliable, didn't follow the scheduled times, had to wait almost an hour a couple of times to be picked.

Horrible experience. Was given a downstairs room in which the window didn't lock. Went to front desk. They insisted that I stay in a room with an unlocked window because as they say "nobody is looking for you" lol. The manager Dewayne was belligerent AND DRUNK, staggering everywhere. Told my company to shut up and then called the cops on me. The cops know Dewayne the manager by name and insisted that I call Better Business Bureau and corporate because this was in fact an ongoing problem with Dewayne and by law no rules had been broken so it was nothing that he could other than give me the advice on who to call. I DO NOT recommend this place to not even a stray dog. They don't care about your safety. They would rather argue with you instead of making the situation better and DEWAYNE the manager is a drunk who staggers and smells of pure alcohol

Absolutely terrible shuttle service. To the airport it was on time, but that's because it came to the actual hotel and we left at 5:30am, the first shuttle of the day. We called the hotel (per the receptionist, even though the sign on the desk said not to call about it. So we called and someone assured us at 12:30pm we would be picked up. We waited for an hour to be picked up, and called twice about the shuttle. The man assured us it was there while we were and then told us instead of days inn this day we were looking for a quality suited van. Without anyone informing us! Then I asked how anyone returning to this hotel today would know, and he flat out told me they wouldn't! Are you kidding me?! We were told not to call the hotel about the shuttle in the first place then were just supposed to magically know to look for an entirely different hotel's shuttle. Not to mention the room smelled musty and the continental breakfast was cereal and packet oatmeal. Worth it to pay for a different hotel.

I used the parking/airport shuttle service here, so this is a review on that. Parking fees are very reasonable, and I'm satisfied with what I paid. However, prior to leaving for my trip, I called and asked about the shuttle schedule. I was told the last shuttle left for the airport at 11am, therefore I needed to modify my drive into Atlanta due to this. When I returned from my trip, I called to ask when the next shuttle would be coming. I was told that the shuttle didn't run until 5pm, so I had to get a taxi. It's highly frustrating when a hotel says they offer shuttle service, but the times it runs is inconvenient to paying patrons. Don't offer a shuttle if it's not going to be available all day. Ridiculous. I should have paid the extra money to park at the airport. It would have been more convenient.

Great location near the airport. Shuttle did not arrive, so do not count on it at 5am. Large group stayed at the same time as me, and when I went, and when I went at 7:30am to get the free breakfast (served 6am to 9am), all that was available was cold cereal. Don't count on that for your breakfast. The room was very spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

Excellent room. Very clean. Large and the bed was very comfortable.
Lost two stars for the lack of security on my first floor room. The window no longer lined up with the locks to secure it. At least there was a rod to stop it from being opened. As well, the oarking lot was VERY well lit. So, once this issue is fixed, there are two stars to be gained.

Checked in on Saturday late afternoon. Went to our room to find that someone was already in that room. They changed our room and I was fine with that. Was awaken at 8 that morning by the vacuum cleaner hitting the door and the sound of furniture being move around in the next room. We got in late do to it being New Years and got two nights so that we could rest the next day but those plans quickly got changed. No way you could sleep with everything going on. The front desk clerk was awesome he did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. On morning of check out samething happen the vacuum at 8 and all the bumping and knocking in the other rooms. I understand rooms have to be cleaned but they really should take in account of the guest. Checkout is at 11 the cleaning crew knocked on the door and asked if we were ready to leave at about 10:10. We checked out about 10:35. At 8:30 I went out to my car to find my key no longer worked. Had to be let back into my room. This was checkout day but it was only 8:30 don't rush your guest out. Rooms was clean and comfortable but the over all experience was terrible.
