A month and a half ago while on holiday I purchased several pieces from the Barcelona location, one of them being a pair of crystal embellished cat eye sunglasses. When I left the store and opened the package it was obvious to me that the glasses were the display pair so it was a bit disappointing that it did not have that crisp feeling when I opened them up to wear for the first time.. Then after 3 wears, I noticed one of the stones fell off without me causing any physical damage. I was very frustrated because when investing in an item like this you expect great quality. After various emails and calls with Gucci representatives, I was finally directed to the flagship store in NY where I live. One of the managers on the first floor, Sonja assisted with an exchange and was extremely professional, enhancing the entire shopping experience for me. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

SA's at this Gucci store are funny. They completely profile customers who come in for a visit. Don't know I'll come back here at this location.

I wish I could give this store a NEGATIVE!
TOOK ME 1.5 hours TO FIGHT THROUGH NYC TRAFFIC TO ONLY BE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AND DELAYED SERVICE! NOT ONE BUT 3 EMPLOYEES BRUSHED ME OFF WHEN I ASKED FOR HELP! TO THE POINT I HAD TO TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! ITS ASHAME. DONT EVER GO TO THIS STORE EVER!response / report this review -

The service was terrible. Had to order shoes from another location and the employee told me that it would be faster than getting it shipped to the actual Gucci store, but sadly took almost 2 weeks to get these shoes. Unpleasantly satisfied with how they took care of the customer. If they can do 2 day shipping for free on the Gucci website, why does it take almost two weeks?!? And the fact that the one I received seemed like it was already worn showed how much they don't truly care at all as long as they make a sales. And I called for a exchange for a new pair and they said it would have to get processed again in Beverly Hills which would probably take just as long as it did the first time. I don't understand why they can't do one day or 2 day shipping if it was their fault with their service. And on top of that it was actually a birthday gift. Shame on these employees. Terrible experience! Don't ever shop here! Shop at the Gucci store in Macy's instead.
