I love this store! Found a beautiful dress for a wedding I was in. I received so many compliments wearing the dress it was a perfect find! Sales Associate Mary helped me find the perfect dress- she was very patient and kind! Thank you so much! I will be returning.

My fiance bough a dress from you guys and after paying just shy of 1000 dollars it was altered to be a disaster. The manager said they couldn't do anything about it because their seamstress quit and now where stuck with a dressnthat doesn't fit and we are less than a month away from our wedding! Like it's our fault😡😡 I'm pissed and it has been a horrible experience. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!

So amazing! Highly Recommend Sue, all of the dresses that we tried on didn't exactly feel right until Sue had told us that she knew of a beautiful dress that was perfect for a beach wedding, I thought that I wouldn't want a strapless, but I have it a try. I instantly loved it and said yes to the dress in less than 30 minutes of dress shopping for the entire wedding.

Overall one of the best places to purchase a formal gown in the mall. Good quality and okay prices but good sales. The ladies working weren't very attentive which kind of sucks but they were nice when i checked out.

Horrible horrible return policy. My dress didnt fit i had it on layaway and just paid it off yesterday. I asked if i could get a different dress they said yes BUT, had to be the same price OR higher price. Of course right. They want more money. Do they not make enough to give money back? Oh get this you cannot get a dress and buy other things to make up the total! SUPER UPSETTING. Its the 4th dress i buy from this store but they can't even accomodate me. Most likely LAST time i buy from this store. It's the most RIDICULOUS STORE POLICY. I HAVEN'T EVEN WORE THE DRESS!

I came to try on dress for a wedding with my husband and I need my husband to zip up the dress and they wouldn't allow him in the dressing rooms to zip me up. The lady was rude and didn't help me on bit. Never shopping here again. Poor service.

Came here with my mom and sisters and was helped by a woman named Tammie who informed me ahead of time that they were short-staffed but she will try to help me out as much as possible she looked a little overwhelmed as she was being pulled left and right by other customers. I reassured her that I have family that can help if she had to assist other people but she still made her way over to make sure I had everything taken care of or if I needed anything. Great customer service even under the circumstances, I found "thee dress " and she wrote all of the information down for me for my personal records. She then called me to let me know of their holiday sales going on. We also got my mother of the bride's dress there as well just in general a great store they have everything you need for a wedding
