The room was ridden with bedbugs I could not even stay there tried to lay down on the couch because the bed obviously had black bugs all over it the outlines of the stitching of the mattress was black confirming the epidemic in room 116. Chris knocked on my door to check to see if I wanted my my money back after I told him there were presumed to be dead black bugs all over and throughout the sheets I did not sit on the bed jus attempted to shake the sheets out thinking they were dead bugs after fiddling with these black dots since arriving to this room never having known what a bedbug was other than another attendant whom had a year ago mentioned his room infestation I mentioned this to Chris he assured me he had no control of what room I would receive he uttered these words quite nonchalantly as he glared at me in my garment dressed differently from other he first sent me to a filthy non livable quarter stating I had five minutes to decide whether I want this second floor room I entered and looked immediately insulted then returned to an annoyed Chris due to the fact that my perception my $60 was not worth being promised comfort as described in the ads highly appalled I excepted this freshly painted room he'd advertised to me 116 which he stated was new never used apparent lies I packed to leave around 115 am then checked out immediately upon receiving this room about 11pm checkout 11 am was told I can not be refunded for something that was never a fault of mine turned my husband with my 2 year old son away being the fact he was going to have him stay with me the night until checkout felt utterly disrespected in a very minimizing manor I asked Chris if your daughter were to come here to rent a room as I would the intent of my question was to have him verify if in any way shape or form would she have the same experience at this hotel as I did. The response was jumbled and very inconsistent with the capacity of my question very angry

I travel a lot. And ive NEVER been in a place where rooms werent cleaned at all, my room's door didnt latch THEN she tried to charge me to get back something i left in the room. Its literally the WORST place ive ever stayed in my entire life

Checked into the room went straight to the bathroom and saw roaches in the shower. Then my wife pulled the covers back and the sheets was dirty and cigarette burns on the comforter! So my wife went to the office to request another room. When we got into the other room the heat don't work and the toilet was dirty and the sheets was stained! So we asked for our money back. The clerk told us that she had already dropped the money and only the manager could get it. So she told us that we would have to come back the next day at 12pm. When the manager came in so the next day when my wife called they stopped answering the phone. So we went up there and they refused to give us our money so we had to call the police!! Come to find out that the lady that told us all this was the third shift manager!!I will never stay here again!!

The biggest waste of $75 I’ve ever spent my entire life. This is the nastiest and shadiest hotel that I have seen in a long time. So bad my My niece would not even get out of the car she feared for her life. Spent 20 or $30 more go To a different hotel. There’s a good reason there’s no cancellation policy. Please please please do not stay in this hotel!!!!! One star

I needed an immediate place to stay. I thought this inn would be great. The room door knob was little rustics and it is ready to fall any time

Next step inside the room it has a weird smell and after than when u look at the fridge and microwave I am thinking did I step into a 80's room ? Overall it was not pleasant at all

I was a little satisfied with the room but I new me and my fiancé needed a place to stay. The room reaked it just had a weird smell to it and then I stayed one night out of my seven days and when I woke up the next morning I seen two bedbugs crawling on my clothes. I had to go wash all five bags of clothes which cost me $35 and had to by laundry detergent. I ask the lady at the front desk for a full refund and she said no I could only get back 5 days worth of money. I will never stay here again if I really don't have to. There where either ketchup or blood stains on the walls. This place needs to do better I couldn't brush my teeth without gagging. Go to the budget inn on independence drive if you want a nice room for the same price and full sprectrum cable

Terrible. The room was not cleaned properly. A non smoking room reeked of cigarettes and found a cigarette butt on the floor. When we asked for extra towels we were told you only get 2 for the whole stay. Then while I was outside I was approached by a man offering to sell me drugs! Stay away!

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! States that rooms are Non Smoking and all have been smoked inhousekeeping is a joke, you must bring your dirty linens down and drop them in a basket by the front desk and hope you receive new ones in return. Rundown, unkempt property and the owners could careless. Save your money and go somewhere else.Horrible customer service,staff is EXTREMELY rude. The Budget Inn by Bojangles coliseum down the street on Independence is cheaper, renovated and a much safer bet.

This place is so ghetto! I usually don't use the word ghetto but if the shoe fits The bathroom was gross, the curtain was poorly tacked up, you could hear ppl talking and yelling and fighting threw the walls. The bed was stank and the sheets were gross. I felt like bed bugs were crawling on me. The fixtures looked like cave people selected them AND they didn't work right. The microwave looked like someone fished it out the trash can and it was just God awful! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
