This is where I recommend family and friends stay when in town. Clean, nice, responsive.

Great family place manager Mahesh always good to us!! Breakfast options are good but always the same stuff a little change over a long stay would be nice!

Nice little place right near Grand Rapids and GVSU. Minutes from the highway. The furniture and rooms are pretty o outdated but everything was clean and the staff was nice. Good breakfast spread and really nice pool area.

Okay service, reserved adjoining rooms but at check-in there were not any available. Inn was cute but could use some updates. Really nice layout though!

At 139.99 per night for a suite I expected a lot cleaner room. I should have been paid for the cleaning that I did before I got totally disgusted and left. Lamps stuck to the nightstand so was the clock radio. The hot tub was grossly dirty so was the shower. The hot tub mirror had a nasty print on it that would not come off. Total filth and would never stay there or recommend it to anyone. This was on 3-3-2017. Worst 1.5 hours of my life. Beware of the $100.00 cash deposit that you won't be informed of.

Nice hotel for its age. Rooms are updated, clean and smell nice! The pool and breakfast area is pretty nice too. I took my kids here just for fun and they had a great time. Only cons are that we were missing some towels in our room and the pool towels were small and felt rough. Breakfast was ok, they had a good selection of food. Keep in mind this is a cheaper hotel and for the money it's worth a try.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that it was VERY loud there since it was New Year's Eve. Even at 3am, the hallway was filled with loud drunk people having a great time singing along with music with random yelling and stomping through the halls. I considered leaving to sleep at a friend's house. At any other time, I'm sure I would have had a great experience at this hotel. I will be sure not to stay again on New Years Eve.
