The room was spacious, the water pressure in the shower was awesome, the continental breakfast was good. The staff was polite. Ian and Hailee we're the night staff that we're good to talk with.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating. We had a wonderful family Christmas party there. I would definitely recommend this place for the extra mile that we received.

The lobby was awesome it had kind of a lodge feel, the pool area had a pool table and arcade games which I thought was pretty cool. The room was about the same as any other room nothing really fancy but the beds were soft and the sheets were clean so it was an A+ in my book. Would definitely stay again if I come back to the area.

Room was clean, check in was efficient. Nice breakfast setup. Exercise facility was small which is expected, but it wasn't clean. there's a YMCA next door that i used instead. Parking is a bit limited. Overall good experience.

The staff was extremely pleasant from the moment I walked in till the moment I left three days later. The entire hotel was very clean and well kept up. Small billing issue where my personal card and my company card was charged for the room for my stay, but is soon as I brought it to Vanessa's attention on Tuesday evening she had Becka the manager credit my personal card back the next morning by 8 AM! Both women were absolutely understanding and very nice about the whole situation. I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and how quickly they took care of me. I'm from Plymouth so I don't travel out here too often but when I do come to the west side of the state I will definitely make sure that I book with them again. Thank you very much to your wonderful staff you guys have a great team over there!

I love this hotel! Had my honeymoon here and my family rents rooms here every fourth of July weekend. So nice we keep coming back. Staff is accommodating, hotel is clean, pool is amazing and hot tub has best smelling bubbles ever. Rooms are very nice!

This is a very well executed Holiday Inn property. I had to ask how old it was because overall it was very clean, inviting and appointed with treats like an actual pool table out by the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was the HI standard with plenty of eating area and easy access to the food. There were occasional dated, somewhat historical details that I assume were intentionally chosen to survive the last remodel. For example, note the bottle top openers attached to the bathroom vanity and the old school thermostats. Cool retro touches. I'm assuming that if you're reading this then you know what to expect from a Holiday Inn and are wondering if this location is great to stay at. Not all HIs are created equal. This is one of the best HI locations I have stayed at. Relative to other HI locations, 5 stars. And Judy at the front desk was a real treat. She is very helpful and great fun to talk with.

We used a third party site to book our reservation. Somewhere along the lines there was a miscommunication and when my wife called to add my name to the reservation (she got sick the night before and wouldn't be traveling) they said they didn't have anything on her name. A quick call to the third party site and everything was resolved. My name was added and the next night when I went to check in, the guy behind the counter knew exactly what I was talking about and I had zero problem checking in. The room was clean, the bed was ULTRA COMFY and the pillows were way more than expected. All in all I was sad I was only staying one night. Great room, great rate, great staff. Will be staying there again for my trip to the John Ball Zoo soon.

Rooms are very nice. It is a newer looking hotel. Large shower. Pool looked very nice, we didn't get a chance to use it. The workers were very nice. The bed was a very comfy pillow top. They could use a little brighter lights in the hallways but it does keep the light down from around the door.

I love it here, this has become my fav hotel. My daughter turned 11 and had a few family and friends come. They knocked on my door with a birthday card and freshly baked cookies for my baby birthday. They make you feel very welcome , the prices are decent food is good and over all I give this hotel a 8 plus.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and a decent size. Good location close to some area attractions and good selection of reasonably priced restaurants. However, the free breakfast is not worth your time. The selection, quality, and preparation are inadequate. Still a reasonable place to stay.

Just spent $165 to stay in a king room with a jacuzzionly to have one of the handles come off of the tub and black gritty stuff fall into the jacuzzi. The tub is also only big enough for one person. Other than it being very clean and having friendly staff; I feel like I got ripped off. I've stayed in many other Holiday Inn's and I've been more than happy at all but here.

I arrived very late after I became too tired to drive. The wonderful woman working made everything as easy as possible and made sure I had the best rate for the short time I had available to sleep.
The room was comfortable and clean.
Digital thermostat kept the temperature just right.
Especially liked the Grooming Kit that had the cotton swabs.
Beds were very comfortable and fairly new, with an excellent selection of pillows.
Pancake machine was a treat in the morning along with the other hot options.
