This motel was very dirty and had a disgusting smell throughout room and lobby. There was a smoke smell right at entrances. There was alot of traffic on foot and vehicle. It didn't seem safe. I would definitely not recommend this place for families or children. No elevators available.

Room was convenient to downtown but not in walking distance. Price was reasonable. Room was clean and functional. Good value for the money

Really well taken care of hotel. Staff super friendly,and helpful. Plenty of pizza and real homemade Mexican food yards way .Hotel is super clean the maid staff bend over backwards to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would give it a diamond rating.

I am usually not very good at making sure to post reviews about places I stay, or eat, etc. This hotel though has been very accommodating and most of the staff very friendly. The rooms are beautiful, clean and have pretty much all you will need to get your day started or if you're winding down for the night. Either way this hotel has it all. If you ever come to Grand Rapids or if you live here and just want to get away for the night or a couple of days I adamantly suggest you give this place a try. Oh and I'm not sure if he's the manager or the owner but if you ever have any issues or even just to rave about what a beautiful place this is, call on Alex. He will take care of it all and is very kind and professional about it! Do yourself a favor and give this place a shot you will NOT regret it!!

Non-smoking queen room on the first floor had a strange odor upon entering the room, but I became acclimated quickly. It wasn't obnoxious. The room was clean. The bed was firm and comfortable. Bathroom sink had several small cracks in the finish, and the base of the toilet needed recaulked for aesthetic purposes. No complimentary conditioner in the room. Front desk service was good. Complimentary breakfast was OK. In short, I am not disappointed by my stay. I was looking for a cheap hotel room for a short overnight stay, and this room provided just that.

Very dirty, and run down motel. The staff was great and professional but our room was not ready for us even after standard check in hours and we had issues with other hotel guests.

Nice bed, mostly clean facility, breakfast - basic bagels muffins waffles make your own and cereal. Our toilet leaked. Pool was nice but notable water damage to ceiling and wall of pool room. Maid service was good. Had a fridge, flat screen tv, cable, coffee maker in our room.

Good for the price. Rooms are not new, but well equipped and things worked for me. Breakfast is good and they also have parking spots. Noise coming from the street was not a problem at all. For me it was pretty good, but If you're picky, you're going to have to pay more and go to a fancier place.

Great stay. Room had new carpeting, microwave, and fridge. It was pleasant smelling. Had a great sleep. The room was very clean. Will stay again the next time I come on business.
