Room was okay, clean. I do take exception to the fact that the main path through the parking lot was plowed, but none of the parking spaces. Parked in handicap space for my wife, then had to pick her up as she slipped to the ground. Had it snowed today I could understand, but this snow is two days old now. Not really the way to convince your customers you care when you don't even make it safe for disabled patrons.

We really enjoyed our stay here and they had THE best hot continental breakfast at a hotel I've ever had (not flavor wise, but variety wise). The beds were really comfortable, it was updated and we'll kept. The carpets and sofa were a little dirty, which is my only complaint. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating when we needed to stay a little later for my toddler's nap while our other baby was in the hospital. Centrally located to so much on 28th street and only a 10 minute drive to downtown GR. Nice pool and spa area, our two year old loved it. Thanks!

Very nice desk staff, store could be better stocked, perhaps with phone charging accessories, needed hairspray
My room wasnt cleaned today. I lefy at 10am, back at 8pm, nothing. Desk clerk brought me fresh towels tho. Breakfast, OK..could use an upgrade. Lobby pleasant, staff nice, rooms pleasant, bed comfy. Close to shopping.

Amenities, service, cleanlyness, comfort of bed were all great. Only negative experience was guest in room above me was stomping back and forth in the room for several hours straight through the night. Breakfast was good with a fair amount of hot and cold food options.

Pretty standard. Breakfast eggs were a little wet and the sausage was undercooked. Staff was excellent and very helpful I'm suggesting places to eat around town. Housekeeping provided extra towels and soaps when we asked. Only about 15 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids.

The rooms were your basic hotel rooms! The beds were very comfortable. The location of the building is nice because it's set back from the main road so you don't get as much traffic noise as other hotels in the same area.

Great hotel and friendly staff. We were in town for a wedding and everything about it went well. They had a nice breakfast included and the pool was well maintained.

I usually stay at Fairfeilds and this is a very good one. It appears to be a bit slower then what I'm used to but that just makes it better. The staff was wonderful and polite. Rooms where clean and the bed comfortable. I even forgot something in my room and when I realized it they with out hesitation offered to mail it to me. Thank you

Stayed two nights, staff was very courteous and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of variety and decent quality at the continental breakfast. The fitness room is small, but had 2 treadmills, one elliptical, and dumbbells.

Stayed here one night with my wife and eldest son. Room was clean and large enough for the 3 of us. Had the continental breakfast the next morning and it was good. Plenty of options to choose from. I would definitely come back.

Very impressed with all aspects of our four day stay. Very helpful and friendly staff along with great king suite made our stay. They even cleared the snow from our SUV. Needed some forms filled out for travel delay insurance and the front desk did a great a great job. Nice location An upgrade Country Inn.

The most amazing customer service I have ever received at a hotel. After a 11 hour drive we arrive at our hotel several hours before check out, exhausted. The man working the counter was very eager to help us and see if our rooms were empty and we could check in early. We were very grateful for the accommodation. Next, the woman working the next night was very helpful in finding some good places to go nearby for dinner and drinks. Lastly, another schedule conflict had our hockey game at 12:50 pm, ten minutes before late checkout would be. The man at the desk, yet again, went over and beyond to help us with our dilemma and let us check out at 4, no one wants a ten hour drive with four smelly hockey players that haven't showered. We are grateful for the accommodation and the superior customer service.
