Spacious, clean rooms. Not always the most comfortable rooms or showers, but comfortable enough and well-priced enough to be an excellent value.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. We were forced to pay $131 per night for this hole by the hockey tournament we are playing in. I don't even know where to start! The a/c we were told only makes the room hotter so they gave us two fans! This is the highlight of our first night stay. I think enough said. I would not stay here myself if they paid me but we were forced as a family to stay here and to add insult to injury nearly at triple the going rate for this truck stop.

My brother and I stayed here for one night in May 2015, in total after taxes and fees it was $79. It was well worth the price. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Definitely the best Days Inn I have stayed at, most Days Inn are run down.

My wife and I came to grand rapids for mother's day. We have had a great stay in this hotel. The staff has been really friendly to us. I would recommend staying at this hotel to friends and family.

We reserved a block of rooms at this hotel for our wedding, and it was a complete mess the whole time. Trying to reserve the rooms in the first place was a challenge enough. The worker I spoke with on the phone hardly knew how to work the system he was using to reserve the block of rooms. Then, we had two different people try to check in when the wedding came around, only to be told their reservations were not there and that they had to pay extra for the suites (supposedly the only rooms left) if they wanted to stay there. One family was told the computer system broke down and that the reservations were all written down on paper. The other family was accused of giving an incorrect credit card number. Both ended up paying extra for a larger room they didn't need. We reserved rooms at this hotel thinking it was a less expensive option for our out of town guests, but it was not worth it at all. Poor customer service all for a few crappy rooms.
