The location just off 28th Street was fantastic, close too lots of stores and and places to eat. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, room was nice and clean. Rooms aren't very big but being that we didn't spend much time in the room that wasn't much of an issue for this trip. Only thing keeping it from being 5 stars was the lack of complimentary breakfast.

Ac/heat wouldn't stop running. Woke up to a room at 59° one morning. Also, the shower wasn't pitched well and gathered water, which, in a 59° room got cold real fast. The bed was decent and the hotel was in a convenient location

Very short stay, but the staff was very nice in this clean hotel. Beds were quite comfortable. Only complaint was no continental breakfast.

This hotel is clean an conveniently located to major attractions and shopping. The staff is courteous and friendly. During our stay, staff members were helpful and reached out to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. KIDS under 12 eat free. The food was good. The pool is nice. It also had a exercise room. The spa tub has been closed at this location. Room service was great!

I will give this place a better rating than one star because the staff is friendly. The room was decent, although there was hair in the shower and on bathroom sink, which is disgusting and just adds to my irritation. My biggest complaint - I left a shirt hanging in the closet and realized this after we had already left. We were too far into our trip back home to turn back, so I immediately called the hotel. However they did very little to help me. I have called back three times, and while friendly, not a single person offered to actually go to housekeeping and see if my shirt was turned in. I'm guessing because they know someone from their staff took it. I was even told by one front desk member that no one else stayed in the room the following night, so clearly it was someone that works there. I understand this was my fault for leaving my shirt hanging up, but this is a hotel and I'm sure I am not the first person to accidentally leave an item. If this is how they treat their "valued" customers, by taking their stuff that is left and then claiming they can't find it, I promise I will never come back. So many other place treat their customers better than this.

Nice, clean room. Friendly staff. No complaints. If you are getting the shuttle from the airport make sure you call them though. They don't do scheduled runs. Didn't know that and sat there waiting for a shuttle like dummy. That's my fault though. Just a heads up.

This place was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. It just recently underwent a complete renovation and everything was very up to date and modern. Keurig brewers in the rooms and a comfortable sized King Suite.

I got a ground floor end room next to the stairs this stay and the wifi doesn't work in this room and it is very noisy. Usually no problems at all. It's very clean, staff very friendly. I will stay here again, but just not in this particular room.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was no continental breakfast. It was a buffet. And, it was $10..Otherwise I had an enjoyable night. The other guests didn't control their children, but this I do not fault the hotel.

I worked at this place doing housekeeping for less money than I should have been paid. The housekeeping staff and everybody at the hotel are friendly but the expectations from the housekeeping manager, John, are unrealistic if he wants a room to be clean. If somebody has a party and they smoke marijuana( which is not acceptable or allowed in holiday inn or any hotel ) and have candy wrappers and tissues and cups and random things all over the floor it's gonna take longer than a half hour to clean the room. I guess I could say that it is a nice place to stay, I have not personally stayed there but I worked there and I enjoyed it, everything besides my housekeeping manager. He wants the rooms done and clean in a certain amount of time but he seems to not care about the quality of the room. I would suggest Staybridge across the street from holiday Inn. It's a lot better.
Front desk people are amazing, housekeeping people are amazing but the way that they get treated by the housekeeping manager is very unprofessional and unacceptable to me and that's why I was looking and moved onto a job making two dollars more and I don't have to deal with him anymore.response / report this review -

I stay here a couple of times per month for work. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to requests. They remember their guests names. Breakfast is always good. Cookies and coffee available all the time. Rooms are clean and well kept. Housekeeping staff is friendly and does a nice job
