My experience with Glenbrook Dodge was excellent!! Joe and Shaughn helped me purchase my vehicle. They were very nice and extremely helpful. I advised them what I could afford for my down payment and monthly payments and they were able to get my monthly payments lower than what I asked for. I thought the car paying process would be a lot more difficult but with their help and knowledge of the car business I was able to drive off the lot with the car I wanted. Tyler was sales person. Good kid New. Ran credit over phone everything great.when it came time to buy they tell me that they can't take my trade in for whatever blah blah reason. Everyone knew the situation before I parked up and drive 2 hours then another hour to find car I wanted then another 2 waiting at table waiting for financing Thanks for wating my day pinging my credit then try and sell me a car I didn't even want.

Only giving them a 1 because it won't let you rate a "0." We get our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee towed to them because it won't start. Had all the classic signs of a fuel pump problem. They look at it, say it was a dirty filter and give it back to us.. right after charging $398. It ran long enough to get home and die in the garage. It has already received a new fuel pump that was completely covered under warranty by another competent dealer. $398 for "extra maintenance." They must have had a real expert hose off that filter. Thanks again guys!

I don't like buying cars, namely because car salesman are usually pushy. About the only reason I bought from this store was because I met with Greg Soviet. I liked the fact he was honest and not pushy like most salesman I've run into (I've bought a number of cars and other items). I was initially planning to walk out the store same day without a vehicle, but I could tell he was trying to help us find what we wanted, not what the business wanted to sell. So I called the wife and we pulled the trigger.

I am from out of state but will certainly return here for future purchases. My salesman Joe Payton was top notch- he communicated extremely well and was very professional. This was my first car buying experience from a dealership and he helped make it as pleasant as possible and he kept me well-informed. I handled the financing on my own but Lamont is a very effective finance specialist- professional, well spoken, and quite obviously an expert at his craft. The service department handled my pre-purchase modifications perfectly.

I was treated fairly and at no point do I feel that I was talked-down to nor have I felt that anyone pulled a fast one on me. An excellent experience, thank you!
