I worked with a guy named Bill Fennel. Bill listened to me and made my wife and I feel comfortable that he knew what we were looking for. There was a good selection of cars and we test drove about three before making our final decision, at no time did I feel rushed even though there were other customers there. Bill asked good questions, then navigated me through the pricing process professionally and at my pace. I would recommend this dealership, and especially Bill.

Tyler is the only Service Advisor that I deal with. He is the epitome of professional and friendly. I can see him being a Service Manager in the near future. He does a great job setting up service appointments promptly and his communication is second to none.

Dan is a great Service Manager. He always shakes my hand when he sees me and will make sure I am completely satisfied with the work that is preformed. I recently had an issue with some work that didn't meet my expectations. He made sure the work redone to my liking. He does a great job of running his department.

Burke helped me out a bunch! As well as Danny the finacial advisor. The whole staff is helpful and super friendly. They don't pressure you like the typical dealership does. My father bought a mid-size SUV from Ben Flohr and had a stellar experience. His English (my dad's) is not so great, but Ben was patient and took the time to understand what he wanted. When he decided on the car, Ben was very knowledgeable and taught him how to use all the bells and whistles. We even went back another day for more "lessons" and Ben was more than accommodating. We never felt pressured at all! Overall, great experience and I recommend Ben to everyone I know.

I was very pleased with the communication between service desk personnel, technicians and myself. They responded immediately when I called for an update. There was an issue with the transmission which was quickly identified. Although a replacement part was not in stock, they had one delivered overnight. The part was installed the next morning and I was on my way.

I was treated EXCELLENT at Michigan City Dodge Jeep Ram. My salesman Tarik went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for in the price range I told him. He went out of his way to let me take a few different cars home for different days so I could really pinpoint which would be best for my family. With the help of Tarik, the manager, and the finance manager I was able to drive off the lot completely satisfied. They have invited me back as often as I would like to show me all the features of my new Pacifica since I am low Tech and it takes me awhile to learn😉

I live an hour and a half from Michigan City, but it was well worth the drive to come get my car here from Ben Flohr! He was super helpful over the phone and found me my 2013 Ford Fusion. He was able to get me everything I wanted for the right payment and my old car was traded in at a good value too. He made me feel comfortable and happy with my purchase! Totaled my vehicle and was out looking for a new one. James at the Michigan City branch was awesome! Very personable and helped me find the car that fit everything I was looking for. Worked with me. Not a typical car dealership with the pressure of purchasing. Great experience. If I had family in the area I would certainly recommend them!
