My husband just purchased my new car today! Not only am I grateful for my beautiful new car, but the customer service we received was outstanding. In fact, out of all the other places I have ever purchased a car, the Mike Anderson sales team that we came in contact with are number 1. We'll be sure to send more business your way.

Great BIG thank you to Steve Williams, Jessica Stamper, the brothers Tom and Rob(LOL), and Tim. Other people in sales and customer service should take a lesson from you guys. You rocked as a team. Thank you from Montaye and myself.

I want to personally thank 2 people in particular at the body shop. Ashley helped me by setting everything up and made sure I could contact her for any further information regarding insurance. She was so nice and warming during a rough situation. I would also like to thank Nate in parts. When someone didn’t schedule our appointment, even though we had made one, he made sure to rush around and found us a part as soon as he heard that someone had slacked on the appointment. He made sure to check for our parts and found missing damage we missed ourselves. He went above and beyond for us when it wasn’t necessary.

I have been searching for a car for quite some time. At Mike Anderson they was able to help me get into the car that I wanted with no problems at all. They were able to answer all my questions, first I searched online and the online department was patient in getting me all the information that I needed and then directing me to a great salesman that was not pushy, and gave me all the information that I needed. The day I purchased my car I had to be somewhere at 7 pm and the financial department was able to get me out of dealership with plenty of time to spare. All around a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend. PS this is my 2nd purchase from Mike Anderson, and my family has purchased from then a total of 4 times. Keep up the great work Mike Anderson. They always put the customer first. Love my Malibu

I would like to start with my service consultant, Larry. He was AMAZING. I only want to talk to him now!.. Always great on keeping me updated and very sweet. You guys are lucky to have a guy like him, really. I was extremely greatful to receive a loaner vehicle, which happened to be newer then my car and I loved it. I felt you guys really cared about me.
    Thanks for the help!

Krystal made the process of buying my first car frustration free and enjoyable. My father was with to cosign and also commented on how easy Krystal was to work with. She was more pleasant than any car salesman I have encountered in the past. I do not enjoy nonsense or games (I have worked in sales for many years) and the whole process here was very straight forward. And concerning the Malibu, I am loving it. The gas mileage is great, it is fun to drive, and the Android Auto is nice. I will definitely come back to Krystal the next time I am looking to buy a Chevy. Thanks!

First time buying a car from this dealership and let me just say I'll never go anywhere else!!!!! First time I've ever bought a car and enjoyed the experience from start to finish!!! Everyone there is wonderful! Cinda was our sales person and she was so nice and so sweet! Never felt like I was dealing with a snake (like every other car buying experience) Tom Dow the general manager was involved in the process and was so funny and down to earth! His brother came out and visited with us also! So happy to have met these people! And got a great price on top of it all!!!

I feel like the work done on the vehicle was done well and have had no reoccurring issues. I gave the dealership 3 out of 5 stars because the customer service I received from the representative who handled my case was less than desirable. In fact, it was pretty frustrating.

I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and was told it would be ready by that same week's Friday or Monday of the new week. Friday and Monday both went by and I hadn't heard back on my car. I waited until after 4pm on Tuesday to call in and was told they found something else that needed replacing and that they needed approval from my insurance to proceed. No problem - that happens.

Two more days went by and again, I waited until after 4pm to call for some kind of update. I was told by my rep, who spoke to me as if annoyed, that the car would be done by that evening or Friday at the latest and made it VERY clear in his tone that he would call me to pick it up. So, Thursday, Friday and Saturday all went by and I heard nothing. I know the dealership is closed on Sundays. Monday came and went and still - no updates - not even an email. Tuesday afternoon (2 weeks after bringing my car in), I called and as soon as I told my rep my name, he cut in and told me to come in and get the car and made a lot of circular talk about there being paperwork between them and my insurance company, but that they can probably get it sorted out without keeping my car. When I arrived, my rep directed me to the payment counter and then disappeared. I looked for him after paying, but he was nowhere to be found. My car was driven out to me by a random technician and I felt as though I was rushed out. There was maybe one other customer being helped in the service area, so it was not a busy time, either. I was not given a walk-thru on what was done, nor was I given time to visually inspect the car before leaving. All I was given was a copy of the invoice, which I'm sure is 'technically' sufficient.

I've never been a hard person to please. I've worked in Customer Service for the majority of my work life and I've also worked in the Auto Industry. If you give a customer an estimate for when a car should be ready and can't deliver by the estimated date, you owe that customer a call - plain and simple. As the customer, I should never have had to call in for updates - especially since I had to provide multiple methods of contact. It's also wrong to not follow through on-site when delivering your finished product. To me, it's ridiculous that I've been contacted by the dealership more times about filling out this survey than I was while my car was actually there.

Would I recommend this dealership to a friend? Probably only if they need specific Chevrolet work done on their vehicle. Otherwise, I'd say the Hyundai dealership off RT 30 has the best customers service I've ever encountered. (Obviously, my last car was a Hyundai) NOW, I cannot argue that the work done was quality. In a perfect world, that would be the only thing that matters. I was even provided with a loaner vehicle. But, a little decent customer service goes a long way.

To explain my frustration a little further, I drive a Volt. I do not drive it because I'm out to save the environment or because I love the way everyone makes fun of these cars. I drive this hybrid vehicle because I drive about 100 miles a day. In the first month I owned this vehicle, I saved well over $200 in gas. The loaner (Malibu) I was given was a solid car, but a traditional gas engine. It cost me just under $150 in gas the 2 weeks I had it.

Maybe this dealership gets better reviews. Maybe this is just one Service Rep who needs retraining. But, this was enough for me to not want to give this dealership my business again unless absolutely necessary. Not only will I not return, but I've already told my friends about my experience.

The salesman, Jonathan Devine, was excellent! I had never purchased a car by myself before and was very nervous. He was very kind and explained everything to me. He made the whole experience painless. I love my new Sonic and the professionalism of everyone at Mike Anderson Chevrolet of Merrillville IN!

When I took my car in to be serviced, I received tremendous customer service. The loaner car was excellent. When the mechanics found that what I thought was a problem was actually not a problem at all, I wasn't charged for their service. I believe I was treated fairly. The staff was very professional and helpful.

Friendly, but didn't do anything that we asked. We asked to test drive the car several times and never got to. We also asked what our interest rate would be and he said he couldn't tell us that, that it's not something they tell him and we had to wait tell we went to sign the paperwork. This isn't my 1st rodeo! Emailed several times after purchase and never heard back. He got what he wanted. I know someone that works there and apparently he didn't care or thought it didn't matter. Won't be sending anyone else to them.

We had a great experience, again, at Mike Anderson! Our first sales person, Eric Estrada, was awesome. This time we had Karla Bradford, and she too was great! She answered all our questions and was so kind! Everyone here fought to get us into the vehicle we wanted and to get us the lowest price per our monthly payments. They are helping us to rebuild our credit and all their advice has been super helpful! Thank you!!
