EXCELLENT SERVICE! Worked a great deal with Fred Skafgaard. He gave me tons of options. Professional service. Would highly recommend going here. Will be back next time around.

This time was the fastest we have ever had to wait for our car. Normally we wait an hour and a half but this time was only 40 minutes! We even got asked at one point if we wanted water or coffee. Wonderful experience this time around.

I just bought my first car which was a 2015 Nissan Altima from Bosak Chevrolet. My sales agent was Fred Skafgaard and he was extremely helpful when I was making my buying decision. He walked me through every step of the way and gave me honest opinions/answers. The service was great- the dealership was about an hour away from where I lived and Fred himself delivered my new car right to my home. I highly recommend this dealership and love my new car!

I worked with Cody Wyly and was able to find an amazing car for a great price. He was calm with me as a first time buyer and i never felt like he was pushing me into something that i was uncomfortable with. After i decided on my car, he even had it washed to get the rain spots off of the body. I will go back In the future when i am ready to purchase again.

Recently purchased a 2014 Used Ford Escape from Fred Skafgaard at Bosak Auto. This is my second vehicle purchase from here, and the customer service is always amazing. Fred was the perfect sales associate for our purchase! He kept in contact with me over the few weeks until I could make the purchase, and was always helpful and courteous. He was also great at working within our price range and budget, and not just concerned about just making the sale, but also finding something that fit us perfectly. I would definitely recommend him and Bosak Auto to friends and family, and will make sure I continue to use Bosak Auto for all my vehicle needs.

The customer service was outstanding! We dealt with Fred and would recommend any of our friends to buy a car from him. We told them what we wanted and the payment we wanted and they made it happen. There was no high pressure sales pitch at all. We will definitely buy a car from Bosak Chevrolet again!!

I had just washed my corvette, and the gentleman who was washing my car moved the driver seat forward. Upon getting back into my car, the seat would not move back into my normal position. I squeezed myself in, and drove to Bosak Chevrolet immediately hoping they could just shimmy the seat back for me. It's a Friday afternoon and they were slammed, Joe the service manager and his awesome team sent over their corvette specialist(Tony) to take a quick look at my seat. Turns out the wire was unplugged, in a little over twenty minutes, Tony who was outstanding was able to remove my seat, rewire, and solve the problem. Fantastic team and company! I have purchased two cars previously from the Bosak company, and they always make it a hassle free experience!

Just bought my first car (Kia Niro) from here, and I couldn't have been in better hands with these guys! I worked with Tom to figure out what model and options worked best for me and my price point. I always felt that he was genuine and truly looking out for me. I live kind of far from the dealership, so I did a test drive somewhere closer to me, and I could not have been happier to return here to make my purchase instead of with one of those other sketchy dealerships where you feel pushed around. They really spend the time to make sure you are going to be happy with your purchase! I know I am! When I went to get my car, Janelle spent a ton of time with me to show me all the features and even set up my phone's bluetooth and everything! She was so nice and helpful with all my questions. If you want to feel like you're buying from family, this is the place to go. They'll take care of you, and you drive off the lot knowing you were taken care of.

I got a good car. No thanks to the people! I was already financed when I walked in the door but they decided to run my credit through 5 different banks. They told me they would keep my payment where I wanted it then I went back to sign papers it was 50$ more! I only followed through with the sale because my wife was in love with the vehicle.

I was interested in purchasing a Z06; however, before I buy a car of that price, I wanted to test drive one to ensure I liked it. I emailed the dealership to ensure I could drive and potentially buy the Z06 they had. After two days of hearing nothing, I was told at 4.30 I had a 5.00 o'clock appointment to drive one and that they close at 6. I left work early to get to dealership and even called ahead to confirm.
Upon arrival, I was told I could not drive the Z06 but only sit in it. I then asked to drive a Grand Sport and was again refused. Needless to say, I left.
The next week, I went to another dealer in IL who let me test drive two Z06s and I ordered one from them which will get here in about 6 weeks.
You guys lost a huge sale and really need to reconsider your test drive policies.response / report this review -

My experience was very pleasurable. I was helping a family member find and purchase a vehicle and was able to make this seamless purchase with in a few hours. Chris Lindzy was our sales associate and he was very easy to work with throughout the whole process. Any questions, comments, or concerns were answered and taken care of in a very professional manner. Glad we made the decision to go with Bosak!

The crew is a pleasure. I can never schedule service until after 3 pm but they always get me fixed up and back on the road without too much waiting time. All the folks are attentive to their clients and make you feel valued. I'll keep coming back even though it's 20 miles out of my way. Thanks Bosak.
