Randy made this purchase seamless. No pressure, just "how can I help?" My husband told Randy we were "tire kicking". Randy asked if he could help and we continued from there. My husband was having knee repair the next day so he was using a walker. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. Randy and Tom made sure they answered all of our questions, again no pressure! Recommend to all!

Best used car buying experience I've had. The staff was straight forward and efficient making us feel comfortable. We were treated fairly and respectfully, which goes a long way with me. They would definitely get my business again.

On a rainy day in late October 2017, I called Castle Ford to determine if a particular used car my wife and I were interested in was available, It was; subsequently we drove from St. Joseph, Michigan to Michigan City, Indiana in a pouring rain to see the car and take a test drive. Our sales representative, Matt Brown, could not have been more helpful in assisting us in preparing the car and answering any questions we had.
After we decided to buy the car the sales manager, finance manager and Matt were more than accommodating despite the failure of their entire computer system, probably caused by the rotten weather we'd had for two days. Matt even caught an error made in calculating the required sales tax as there is a 1% difference between Michigan and Indiana sales tax.
Because they could not complete all the required paperwork, they advised us that we could take the car overnight and return with it the next day to complete all the required finance, insurance and other required paperwork. The technicians got the car all ready to go, which included changing license tags and making sure everything was ready. I'm not sure any other dealer would have been so accommodating. The next day the rotten weather continued, Even so, we again drove from St. Joseph, Michigan to Michigan City, Indiana to complete the purchase of the car.
The finalization of the deal went so smoothly with the sales manager, and he in turn answered some additional questions we had. All in all (even with the rotten weather) we had a great experience with Castle Ford. I would certainly recommend them to anyone, which I subsequently did to our insurance agent, and would buy from them again if and when my wife and I need another car. With the car purchase comes two free oil changes a year for life and a free car wash – now what could be better?response / report this review -

Over the past year or so I knew the time would come for me to replace my current vehicle of about 300,000 miles. I've been doing a lot of research and after my car ran into some major troubles I went into Castle to see what my options were. Long story short. I drove out of the lot in my dream car. The whole entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Both Chris and Mark couldn't not have been better professionally and personally as we also spent time talking outside of cars. I give them a A+++ and a 12 on a scale of 1-10. The fact that Chris is a veteran also made my buying experience a true pleasure and an honor. Thank you Castle. You guys did an amazing job & I am so thankful.

In hopes of finding the right Jeep for my fiance, we drove out of town to the dealership and met with Chris. He was quick to help us out, but unlike the past 4 dealerships we visited, Chris sent us out for a test drive and had our vehicle appraised while we were out. What I liked is that he did not try to talk up the vehicle like most guys I encountered. He was straight to the point, and clear on the pricing. Unfortunately the financing they had would not fit my situation and purchase. But the Jeep was in clean, detailed and just what we wanted. As well Chris was clear, honest and exhausted all options they had to try to finance a higher mileage vehicle. Because of the great experience and no pressure sales pitch, I went through my credit union and got approved. Chris worked with me to fax documents over to the bank for me and to hold the car until I could pick it up. This is a fantastic example of a smaller, hometown feel dealership. I felt I got a good deal on the jeep and Chris was fantastic and if I buy a Ford in the future I think I will make the 3 hour drive to see him again. Overall very satisfied customer, thanks Chris!

Friendly, great cars and trucks.
Sales person found the exact car we were looking for. Sharon searched and ordered cars for to look at and got one that matched our list of needs. The deal was easy and agreeable to us with out much negotiation. I was not going to trade our old vehicle, but the offer was good and saved me the time and effort to sell the old car on my own. Amazing experience at Castle Ford. From Matt Brown (sales associate) to Tom Roberts (finance manager) to John Kabzinski (general manager), I was absolutely impressed with the professionalism and personal touch of the staff. Everyone went out of his way to give me a great deal on a terrific car and answered all of my questions and concerns along the way. Castle Ford has gone above and beyond to earn my business and I will be recommending this fine dealership to all my friends and family in the future.

I was looking for a truck 4x4. Simple but comfortable and reasonably priced -something I could afford
and be happy with. I worked with Sharon and Mark there , who were very helpful and knowledgable
and not pushy. I took my time, took several test drives and they were very good to work with on my trade in also. Allan the finance manager did a great job helping me stay in my budget. Everyone there was very helpful and courteous, I highly recommend them!

I went into Sauers Ford to just get my oil changed and the technician employee changing the oil noticed that my main head gasket was leaking a little oil and informed me about it saying they could change the gasket right now since i was already their, so i gave him the go ahead to change the gasket and the complete experience/work was done--having two major items taken care of-- in about an hour-- and i was on my way with a safe car. Everything else checked out ok during my oil change inspection. One very happy/satisfied customer here---Fred

Sauers Ford made buying a car a very easy experience. Their website accurately let us see their inventory and the response to our inquiries was very timely. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Ford. It was worth the trip from Chicago.
