  Carsmetics did a wonderful job refinishing my rear bumper in a matter of 24 hours. Kim was extremely pleasant and communicative. The final cost was very reasonable compared to what was offered by other shops. I have been a repeat customer and will continue to have my car treated with care by Carsmetics (hopefully not too soon)! Thank you!

  I hope that the owner of this place reads these reviews. Being located in central Sarasota on Tamiami and having brand new building my expectations were high but it end up totally opposite. I totally agree with Connie's review about manager Kim. I have no idea who lets her talk to the customers? She does not have basic customer services skills such as: never argue with customer!
  I took my suv for relatively easy repairs: front bumper and the drivers door. I could not pick it up on the day promised because door were not acceptable. If I could see it why did they try to let my suv go like that? Came back the next day and the bumper was not repaired to my satisfaction (that's were Kim argued with me). So now because it was friday I had to bring my suv for the 3rd time after the weekend. Overall job was very sloppy. I don't know, but it looks like they don't check the cars before they leave their shop. My under the bumper plastic lip got over sprayed with silver paint, plastic, black trim around front window got over sprayed also.
  This is very honest review.

  Just picked up my car after Carsmetics repaired a ding on the back bumper that damaged the paint and chrome trim. The service was outstanding and the repair was amazing. The paint matched to original color perfectly and you cannot see any indication of the damage. Great job, highly recommended.

  Terrific job on my Mazda 6. They repaired the damage to my passenger side door and side mirror and I can't even tell there was ever any damage! Knowing I had obligations in the morning, they went above and beyond the evening before to ensure my vehicle would be ready. Kudos to Kim who was great to work with and Dave who did a phenomenal job!
