Took my Ram for recalls and warranty work. This is a 10 year old truck that had a fair amount of rusty bolts due to snow and salt. A 2-day job took 4 days because of lots of broken bolts leading to drills and tapouts being used. The service manager kept me informed and even allowed me to speak to the mechanic to understand the complexity involved. I felt at ease and they did a great job.

Going into a car dealership can sometimes feel like a chore, but not with the staff at Garaval. Everyone was personable and helpfuland the best partNOT pushy! Lori worked with us every step of the way and got us into a brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When our lease is up, we will definitely be back. Such a pleasant experience!

They went out of their way to fix the issue(s) with my car in as expeditious a manner as humanly possible; and when I needed it back before they were completely done; they made the vehicle perfectly operable for me; and arranged for me to come back to have the job finished ASAP. And we’re totally accommodating the entire time to make the issues with my car as low impact on my day to day life as possible; all the while being courteous; understanding and totally accommodating; and the repairs were done to perfection for no charge thanks to my lease warranty. I can’t say enough good about their service department. Nicest folks you could ever bring your car to. And their sales department BENT OVER BACKWARDS to get me in the wrangler to begin with. I will be a Garavel customer for as long as they’ll have me. I leave the “Garavel” logo on the back hatch door of my wrangler with pride.

We just bought a new Wrangler Unlimited and we are thrilled! We'd been thinking about it for a while, and when we finally decided to go for it, Rob made the process super simple. Rob was able to find us the exact car we wanted in Garavel's inventory, and had our trade-in valued and our financing in place in no time at all (thanks also to Carlos!). Plus they did an awesome job removing the decal from the hood! We love our new Wrangler Unlimited and thank Rob, Carlos and Garavel for a terrific experience!

I was looking to buy a new Jeep Wrangler and Wrangler Rob was the right person to talk to. For 2017, Chrysler Corp offers about 9 specially equipped factory models to choose from. After telling Rob what exactly I wanted in my new Jeep, he decided it would be best to order a custom made one from the factory. We ordered one with exactly what I wanted on it, with just the right combination of features and accessories that were compatible, thanks to Rob. I was pleasantly surprised that that the car came in to the dealership in only 3 weeks! Dealing with Garavel Chrysler and Wrangler Rob was great!

My car broke down on me and I needed a car. I liked the look of the new Jeep compass. I went in there and dealt with Wrangler Rob and he was awesome! I'm a very picky person. I told him what I wanted in the car and he said no problem, I'll find it. Got a call a day later he found the car. Great service. No complaints here!

Overall amazing experience. As a teenager, I was extremely nervous when coming into the Garavel jeep with my mom to purchase my first car ever. Neal really helped my mom and me understand everything we needed to know about financing a grand cherokee, and the car itself. I am extremely grateful to have decided to go the Garavel jeep, and even more fortunate to have had Neal as a sales associate. Neal - if you see this - thank you so much for all your help! I understand you have a lot of customers, but the time and appreciation you showed towards my family means the world to us! Best of luck to Neal and Garavel Jeep!

Annie made me feel more like family than a car buyer! Carlos was a gem in finance & it's apparent Paul is terrific at running the shiphis employees are obviously happy to work WITH him!

My daughter took her 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to Garavel on 12-7-16 for an oil change. As part of the service they did a safety checlk and advised her that she need her rear brakes replaced (pads & rotors). She called me and being suspicious since the vehicle only had 34,000 miles I had her take the vehicle to Midas who stated and showed her as well as offering photos that the rotors were like new. they did replace the pads for $207 but since I wasn't available to do them myself that was fine. Garavel had wanted an estimated $600 PLUS for their "repair". Reported to BBB who is currently investigating it but she absolutely felt she was being taken advantage of because she is a female whom they assumed would simply pay what they said.

Well here is a place that I would never have my vehicle serviced again. I was going to just fill out their survey and let it be done at that, but after getting a nasty phone call from the service manager Keith, I felt obligated to help other people avoid the headaches I have had to deal with. I have two Jeeps. One is a Cherokee that I just bought. I called and set up a night time drop off for the car to be serviced the next day. I got a call the morning after I dropped the car off (waited about 10 days for an appointment) saying that they have no record of me calling, but they will try to fit me in. Awesome I thought, these are nice guys. I get a call with an estimate about an hour later. All seems fair until they try to charge me 175 to polish up my headlight covers, and 200 something to put some foam cleaner in my AC. I skip those and they say they will finish the other items and call me when it is done. 3 days later I call them, he has no idea who I am at first, and then finds my paperwork buried in another pile. The car had been sitting there finished.
Fast forward. I also have a custom Rocky Ridge Wrangler. I needed some warranty work done, and the builder Rocky Ridge, told me to take it to Garavel since they are the closest dealer to me (not the dealer I purchased from). After waiting about 10 days again, my wife drops the Jeep off. We go to pick it up after hours the next night. The problem that they say they "fixed" is now even worse. So this ties back into why I left poor feedback on their emailed survey. Rocky Ridge tells me to take the car back there again but I need to wait another week. I get a call today from the service manager saying that his "upper management" refuses to service my car because I left poor feedback on a survey. Well now everyone else can see the poor feedback.
Oh and furthermore, I had originally tried to buy a Rocky Ridge Jeep from them, and they were $4000 higher for a car sitting on their lot, then me buying from another dealer and having it custom built to my spec.
Summary: 1 star, stay away
I will update if they try to do anything to improve my experience but i doubt that will happen.

Renzo was the best and so patient with me and my family. We test drove 3 different cars. And there was never any pressure at all! It was the best experience, especially since it was my first time buying a car. I am definitely going to recommend this place to anyone looking for a great car with an even better experience.

We were looking to lease a wrangler. Rob was great. Very informative but in no way pushy. He explained all options and when we went to pick up the jeep he went over every detail of how the jeep operates and answered all of our questions. It is very clear to see that he is a true Jeep Wrangler fan and is very knowledgeable about them. Although we live in NY, we will definitely buy from Garavel again.

I stumbled upon this dealership through Autotrader because they had an amazing car I wanted at an unrealistically low price. However, the excellence didn't stop there. The customer service of everyone I worked with, especially Lisa and Karl, were a force to be reconned with. The whole entire experience is something every consumer dreams about these days. The process was so easy, and the team was so accommodating, I honestly was waiting for the other shoe to drop, even after my husband and I left with the car. But, here we are the next day and the car runs fantastic and the deal was so great it was like we stole the car, but the cops haven't showed yet :). The great car at a fantastic price is why we loved our buying experience, but Lisa and Karl are why we'll go back again.
